Had to return due to sluggish and touchscreen not as sensitive. So far so good with the Surface Pro. Only complaint so far is battery life could be better.

It should last I am always charging it. second I can't get it to show two windows at the same time which I really need it for multi-tasking

It has all the features including being able to write a message and the tablet will take my writing and translate it to printed text. My experience buying it at Best Buy couldn't have been better, from ordering it online at my nearby store, getting added time to pay for it with zero interest, and having it delivered to my car in the store parking lot. Thanks Microsoft and Best Buy.
