One problem, sensitivity of touch screen. Sometimes no response when I click on and icon or while inside a website. Tried to make a purchase online, but was not able to enter dates on my credit card. Called for online assistance, helped to improve but problem continues.

These devices would be GREAT if they were repairable, but there are no options to upgrade or repair anything if it goes bad. So unfortunately, you need the warranty if you have to do a repair on it a year or more after you purchase this thing.

Ok machine for Teams professionals

I personally do not see the value in a tablet/laptop hybrid machine, but it's a good computer for Microsoft Teams users. Note that even though it is called "pro," it is a personal model, which can make for trickier integration for a professional or school Teams account. Great built in cameras front and back.
