Fantastic. Great quality for being open box. Sometimes Word is a little funky and flashes a little when typing (hard to explain) but otherwise, just great. Arrived fast and in wonderful condition.

I really like this laptop. It's an upgrade from the 2017 model I had previously and keeps the great form factor while upgrading the io. Combined with the surface dock 2, this laptop acts as an excellent workstation

I bought an open box & in 1 month it died. Had it not been that I had extra time to exchange ( good customers get extra ) I would’ve been stuck dealing w Microsoft. They exchanged it n so far it’s great

I had and enjoyed one of the first of the surface tablets (Pro 3) for five years. One of the best I've ever used through the years. I am pleased that the Surface Pro 7 has continued on that same path.

Love it nice very nice great system love the pen better then a mouse screen is the best I ever used so clear nice HD color love the kickstand hold the screen in so many positions.

My son suggested this computer because his from work was great, but it was a different model. There are plenty of good things, but I have had it replaced twice and now mine and my husband's are both freezing up and turning off. The first two both quit charging in short amounts of time. I replaced the cord and it worked for a while and then that cord died and they replaced the computer. It happened again and it was replaced again. Now it freezes up and only turns back on if I hold two keeys down for 30 seconds. This week my hussbands did the same thing. Many times it freezes up and I have to close it to get it to restart.

Easy to use and perfect for my business. Theses were easy to set up and have been instrumental for daily usage. Would recommend for small business owners!

Bought this for our student and used it with our Microsoft Home Office also bought from Best Buy as well as Web Root. Convenient one stop shop for our electronics at Best Buy. Keep going bask. They have good selections and helpful, polite staff.

This is my second Surface to replace my old Surface Pro 3. Many improvements along with the small form and precision functionality I've come to depend on.

Absolutely flawless. Very surprised with its reliability after reading some reviews. It's used on a daily basis and functions beautifully. In fact i just bought two more.

Great tablet, my fiancee uses it to play old games on steam and it runs great. I have one too and its versatile, with great battery life and the SD card slot makes it similar to having 2 hard drives!

I am a surface user since it came out for the first time. I must say that Surface Pro 1 never give me any trouble and remained solid for years until it was time to upgrade to Surface Pro 7. In less than a year I’ve had to change it 3 times, they make you pay anything, from keyboard to Pen to Microsoft office. The camera has stopped working in two equipments and one of them simply would not start at all. There are a lot of improvements in Microsoft but the quality of the Surface Pro 7 in my experience has been very bad. Thankfully the protection plan from Best Buy has saved me a lot of trouble

I love my Surface Pro. I don't know how I would have survived online teaching without it. My kids liked using mine so much I got them one as well.

I was happy with my previous surface, and I needed a replacement, and I am very satisfied that I stayed with the surface pro. So many things you can do with it.

Awesome value, great machine. Surface really knocked or out of the park. Only thing is I would like primary charge to be USB C and eliminate the proprietary charger

it a great device since i use it for skool but there very few times that the computer has to restart since there are “problems” but it starts working right after, other than that its real reliable

I love the keyboard. It is lightweight but it types great! The computer holds a charge extremely well and works seamlessly with my Microsoft account. If you use Microsoft office you need this.

This is my second Surface Pro 7, after having one for work, I decided to replace my home desktop with a tablet and it is working out great.
