I am an educator, and when schools closed and went to distant learning, I knew I needed something up to date and reliable. This is a great device with a nice clear camera. I love it.

I am actually returning this cod the i7 16 GB 256 GB when I get back home. What I got was the base but wanted the i7. Best Buy just didn’t have what I wanted. I need more RAM and storage.

Nice tablet. Allows quick access to documents. Great for web browsing. Video streaming is great too. There is lots of storage space.

At least as fast so far as the Surfacebook that I am replacing. Bought this for the better form factor. Just because I like more ram to deal with large photos, I will probably exchange this for the i7 with more ram.

Solid tablet! Came in great condition. Perfect to replace my old one and use with the keyboard cover, docking station, and accessories I already had.

Easy to set up. Bought as computer for college. Seems to durable so far. Operating system is nice as it has the basic systems. Too bad we have to pay every year

Great device but didn’t come with type cover. I should have bought the bundle deal because the keyboards and very overpriced!

I had an old Surface Pro 3 that ended up getting damaged and saw this one was on sale

All the representatives in the store I would have to say are very helpful in the ones that I dealt with were very knowledgeable great job

I’m not a Windows user. I bought the Surface because I needed a Windows system for work. It performs as advertised both as a laptop and a tablet.

Overall performance is what is expected. 3 weeks after purchase the charge was not working so I have to go back to BestBuy store

Haven't had it that long but really like the convenience of using as laptop AND tablet. Has some neat features w/ the Surface pen that's available also.

Knew what I wanted when I went to store. Salesman needs a lot more training. I had to keep reminding him all through the purchase process. He acted like he was talking to a fellow surfer dude.

So far so good on the Surface Pro 7 even though I have problem with my 5th generation refurbished one,,,, I am giving microsoft another chance,

We purchase these for our outside sales reps. They're great for travelers and seem to perform well for longer than other notebooks. "Microsoft, you done good!"

Purchased SP7 three times from the time it was released. First two crashed WITHOUT even doing everything. A message used to pop-up stating that "system failure". Even my 8yr old can vouch for it as it happened while watching YouTube etc. Now the third one GETS SUPER hot..with only basic processing. IT'S either BAD DESIGN, POOR ENGINEERING or JUST MERE BAD LUCK. I wanted to like this again this time..but have to return. BB guys are super good and understanding BUT were not surprised as they had more than handful returns. I WILL STAY AWAY now on and for good. Your mileage might vary.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 has a very nice system, the only problem is the 12.3" screen is just to small. Otherwise I do recommend this product, the small screen might be good for someone else.

Very effective as a tablet. It came with a dead pixel on the screen, and it gets hot when I use it with onenote
