Even 3 hrs after putting it in the box it was still warm

This one has the usb-c GREAT now I have to buy another HDMI adapter. This one is terrible with the zoom and trams meetings. Want to return it but can’t. Old one had a screen issue. This one is just an issue all over.

My review would be higher but sadly this is my second surface in 3 years. First one had hardware crash and that’s somewhat typical after reading online. I wouldn’t purchase again. My company paid for it so not my expense.

Surprise, that's separate. Also, after a month you have to purchase Microsoft office or you can't print envelopes. Disappointed.

When I made the purchase, I was advised on which keyboard attachment to get, but when I got home the keyboard was not compatible. I took it back and at that time I was told that keyboards for the surface I got (7 pro) were discontinued and I ultimately returned the surface. Best Buy should make it clear that there is no Microsoft keyboard available for that generation surface pro
