Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the Surface Pro 7 because I needed a small, portable laptop to do all my work business, a tablet was more practical but the Surface has so many more features and combines exactly what I need it for, I do meetings for work via Zoom, great camera and screen resolution, sound is awesome as well because I can watch my shows from Netflix. Great product!

I am happy with my decision. I like the touchscreen features and the functionality of the device. After using the device for a little while now, I see that the purchase of a mouse, or the stylus pen, is needed because some websites are not touchscreen friendly.

Way better than surface pro X, can do everything windows desktop or full laptops can do. Surface pro X only emulates and causes application issues. Recommend 100% keyboards are hard to find though

Surface Pro 7 remains light and all accessories from my Pro 4 are interchangeable which helped to reduce the cost of new equipment when the 4 was breaking down. Customer service during this experience was awesome! In and out with a replacement in a short period of time - no pressure, no questions on return spending, etc. I'll keep Best Buy around for awhile for sure!
