This is a great tablet/computer and the perfect travel companion. Integrates with all my other computers and laptops with Windows 365. Battery life is good, fast start-up, and it's a full fledge computer that has great looks and very portable. I'm happy with the purchase.

I was starting a new job and needed something that was both portable and effective. With all of its capabilities, this has and will continue to exceed my expectations. I can download any program I need for business or study, which is just what I required.

I bought this laptop for my wife for her birthday. She loves it. She has really enjoyed having a quick machine with MS Office loaded. The flash drive on this machine is very quick. Boot up and close are both rapid... like right now. I am pleased by the customer experience from Best Buy. Quick shipping!

Amazing tablet and laptop. I got this to replace a Surface Book 2 and a Kindle. The fan never comes on when using it as a tablet (watching Netflix, Amazon Prime, browsing the web). I primarily use it for software development.

I must say... I am quite impressed. It’s unfortunate that I need a USB port for more connectivity, but I’m overall impressed by its power and portablilty. Works at its with strong Wifi, high performance w/the AC adapter in.

Power pack with all the features on 16GB 512GB laptop with an i7. Battery is life is bad. Works great for use and portability. Extremely light weight.

Finding that it works exactly the same to the point that I cannot even tell a difference. It isn't faster and I am just not that impressed for the cost. The battery life is way better than the 4 and I am liking that. Still, they went with a USB-C port so I am having to buy a new cord for my monitor that worked through the Mini-DisplayPort on the 4. It lacks other ports and still has a super clear but super reflective screen so in low light screen background situations you see yourself. It is good but could have been updated more so you noticed a really improvement in performance or functionality.

I love this tablet. It's highly powered and light weight. It is just what I need to go on trips where I want to have the ability to edit my photos in LR.

Very good tablet with nice performance. Durable screen and with a keyboard protection cover this thing is ready to go anywhere.

I had a surface pro a few years ago. My Mac has been acting up lately. I decided to go back to surface pro. This is fast and easy to use. I’m glad I went back to it.

Bought as an upgrade to my previous Microsoft Surface. Works fantastic and I will argue that Microsoft makes better hardware than software. Battery life is better and lasts me typically 5-7 hours on a charge (with moderate-heavy usage). Only issue is that it isn't quite Windows 11 ready. As standard it comes with Windows 10, but I upgraded to 11. There are just minor quirks here and there (that I'm told the 8 doesn't have)
