    What we expect from Microsoft. Quality, good amount of memory and disc for the price. WIN11 is easy to grasp. Easy to setup, easy to use. All day battery life. Brian at the Vestal store was AWESOME!

    This tablet was only used twice per week for about two hours straight so literally 4 hours per week. After using the tablet like this for 14 months, the screen gets fuzzy and the tablet becomes useless. We have tried software updates, restarting, and nothing fixes it. Essentially it is now a $1,100 brick since the warranty has expired.

    This is the second Microsoft surface pro 8 I've had. I returned the original one because it was crashing with a blue screen after a couple of months of use and the screen was also going black. However, a couple of months into the new surface pro I got in exchange, I'm having the same issues so I see it is an issue across athe board. I wish I had saved myself time and money and boughten a Macbook.
