    This tablet was a nightmare. Had to jump around in circles 3 times clap your hands 4 times, snap twice and pray to sweet baby Jesus that it would charge. The price has went down 400.00 since we purchased this last July. Don’t waste your time or your money

    I purchased this in January, It is now April and it is already operating slowly. Although the ability to act as a tablet or laptop is cool, the kick stand is a bit awkward; you basically need three points of contact instead of just 1 or 2 like a normal laptop.

    Microsoft gets everything about this right EXCEPT for making the keyboard a separate accessory. I absolutely love the Surface Pro tablets - they are full powered, running the full OS and not some bastardized mobile version of the OS. I can use this for all of my Office suite of applications, and get all the best features of a tablet.

    I have purchased at least 5 Surface Pros (both 7 and 8) and 3 Surface Pro Xs. I have returned or given all of them away due to poor battery life. Battery life starts out at 10-11 hours and ends up being 5 hours at best.

    I use a similar computer at work and am rarely disappointed with the design or software capabilities. Even has facial recognition! Good if you work mostly with Microsoft apps like Teams and Excel. Only downside is that I am an Apple user and my other devices are not compatible, and I cant use photoshop as easily.

    Have an appointment with Gueek Squid on, Sept 30th, Making sure that I'm making available features that are new to me. Every time one updates there are new programs which I'll need assistance with. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the new Surface Pro 8!

    Its your typical M$ laptop. The good, the bad. Something new that I like on this one is the sync with my phone, that I can do everything here instead of on the phone itself. And I can transfer between phone and Surface with ease.

    This is a very nice laptop/tablet but my only real complaint is why the Surface Pro 8 didn't have both an USB-A and USB-C port provided. I have devices that use both that ports however I can no longer power up or access them both with this laptop anymore.

    A versatile product, with nice features. Expensive, not upgradeable (only the SSD, but it is somewhat of a hassle. Nice screen. Windows 11 still needs work to really work well. Recommend at least 16GB of Memory.
