    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!! Please!!! I got the surface pro 8 on Christmas 2021 as a gift and it has had problems twice since then. In September 2023, upper part of the screen stopped working and I sent it to Microsoft to get it fixed and paid around 350 since my warranty had expired. They got it back to me in about 10 days. NOT even 2 months later the keyboard stopped working completely and they have the audacity to tell me to purchase a new one or send it again to get fixed if the keyboard is not the problem. I am in school and don’t have the time to be having problems with my laptop or sending it out to get fixed and having to pay out of pocket every time!!! Such an UNRELIABLE product and even worst service!!! Never will I buy Microsoft again!!!

    This computer is quite literally the worst purchase I have ever made. And I don't usually take the time to write reviews. I work from home teaching classes from Zoom. The $200 HP computer I had before worked perfectly, no issues. I thought the touch screen capabilities of the surface would be nice. It is, but definitely doesn't outweigh the fact that Zoom crashes on the surface 4+ times EVERY DAY. This computer cannot run with more than 4 tabs open at a time. Like I said. Literally the worst purchase I have ever made.

    -I bought this device a 3 months ago thinking it will be good, but the first unit it keep getting lag and turn off randomly. -second one (I'm currently using and will be trade-in for a gaming laptop instead) keep getting software issues like the other day the speaker stop working then the screen kept glitching very 10 minutes and then while i was trying to do my homework, tried to turn it on, it wouldn't turn on, 5 min later when I forced it to turn on it reset after it finished IT RESET AGAIN FOR NO REASON AT ALL -I'm going to trade this piece of crap in for a gaming laptop as soon as possible this thing was a waste of money. My old ipad (lasted 4 WHOLE YEARS until the software kept getting bugged and i had to get a new device) did WAYYY better than this crap which i only had been using for 3 MONTHS BEST BUY COULDN'T HELP ME WITH ANYTHING, couldn't return my device AND THE TRADE-IN PRICE WAS TERRIBLE 300$ of trade-in value (while this is the newest version), while my old Ipad (being 4 years old) got 350$ trade-in value
