Not quite a laptop nor an iPad

Surface Pro build quality has always been good. With SSD storage it is certainly fast enough for any general use. The shortcoming to me is that Windows 11 and 10 just don’t play well with the majority of apps optimized for laptops and desktops. With a touchpad equipped keyboard it is an ok portable computer (not such much as an actual lap device).

Dud but still a great platform

Micro Soft Pro8

I love the Pro8 it a great upgrade from my pro4. Not to sure of windows 11 yet need more time with it. Micro Soft pros are great products and they hold up over time. I have the first pro, the pro4 and now the pro8 you stay with what works.

They finally got it right

After owning, and being relatively disappointed with previous Surface Pro models, I think they finally got it right! I love this thing, Probably the best windows computer I have used. Wish it still had the slot for Flash storage but a hard drive is an easy install with the USB-C capability!
