I love my new Surface Pro 9! It's an excellent little computer. Very versatile in terms of the functions it's capable of performing and I really love the fact that it's a tablet moonlighting as a computer. Never once felt unnatural or odd to me and it works very well. 10/10 would definitely recommend... and pretty pleased with the competitive pricing offered by Best Buy. The computer is good but Microsoft’s claim on 15.5 hrs of battery life isnt as reliable as it sounds. Most I’ve gotten is about 6-7 hrs of browsing. It is a computer that is trying to be a tablet so lots of tablet style apps might not be compatible, but u do get the luxury of downloding exe files! Camera is good. Screen is good but not as bright as samsung ultra 9 or ipad pro, but it is Qhd and can play 4K videos very easy on the eyes. 256gb and 16gb ram is really good for its deal price!! So far I am enjoying my usage of this computer/tablet!

Decided after 6 years to upgrade my Old Surface Pro which was still going strong but I needed more RAM to have more applications open. The new Surface Pro 9 gives me the impression it will be the same workhorse and give me several years of great use for my Online Tutoring Business. The complete lack of bloatware on Microsoft Products is a huge advantage and I had my new Surface Up and Running for business within two hours of bringing it home. I have an external monitor hooked up to the side USB-C port and was also a breeze to setup.

Excellent product, ease of setup, and performance are great. The 16GB memory is very nice when playing games. The price also was reasonable for the performance & product.

I've only used this new laptop twice so far, but it is very easy for a non-techy person to navigate. Much easier than I anticipated. The in-store set-up was a huge help. The screen has bright color and wonderful clarity. The sound on a Google Meet is strong and clear. The salesperson helped me choose this model, knowing that I need a laptop for access to emails, photos, zoom calls and streaming concerts, and video calls.

I have been using it for year now, and it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. It’s incredibly lightweight, which makes it perfect for carrying around as a student . What truly stands out for me, though, is the camera—the quality is fantastic, and it exceeds my expectations for a laptop camera.

I prefer full computer capability in a smaller portable frame, and this works for that! It is quite helpful as I am a virtual Seminary student and need a portable, yet fully capable computer that I can readily travel with. I use it for Seminary, military, volunteer organizational work, and oersonal use.

Perfect for mobility - especially for school and office use. Performance is strong as well; comparable to those of other high-end laptops.

I use this for work in the field and it is always ready to go. Fast, portable and a joy to use. If you are using for work, make sure to buy a multi port type dongle (ie: USB C to VGA, HDMI, USB A, Ethernet, etc...) Taking off the keyboard or using a usb one is great for working in tight spaces.

I bought this for my classes at school. Its exactly what I was looking for. The touch screen took me a few minutes to get used to as I've never had a touch screen computer before. The only thing I dislike about it is that it gets pretty warm and then the fan kicks up loud. My Macbook Air does not get warm at all and actually doesn't have a fan in it. I wish they would utalize similar technology
