I really enjoy the Surface Pros. I have a 7 but the screen is cracked and Microsoft will not fix it because the warranty has expired. Thus, I purchased the 9. I like the Pros because of size of screen and weight

Its keyboard is so smooth and screen is very nice with easily adjustment for brightness. It is touch screen which helps me taking my notes and edit my diagrams for my homework. I really love it.

Smoothness in installing Ms. Office and Webroot. It's slightly heavy but that makes it stud in the hand. It has made my work while on trips seamless. The battery is still new so working as expected...

I was initially skeptical with this purchase, however, i needed a device with windows that can metamorphosed as a tablet. This device ticked all the boxes. Exellent display snd great battery life.

The Surface works as well as any computer with the lightweight portability of a tablet. I love the flexibility I have to stream videos and work from the same device in any location.

Had a Surface Pro 6 before which we liked. New Surface Pro 9 boots up much faster. We go to Florida in winter and is easy to transport. Great computer!

This is my 3rd Surface Pro and I love these. Their slim and lightweight, yet very durable. The only downsides to these are that the keyboard does not offer as good of tactile feedback as your higher end regular laptops, but it's good enough to work with. The other problem I've run into is that when the battery goes bad, it costs more than the unit is worth to get it replaced. These have typically lasted me about 4 years heave use, so I don't mind just purchasing a new one and giving the old one to someone to use as a desktop computer using the power supply attached all the time.

Look and built quality is very nice. There is no extra SD storage slot but with 2 USB-C (thunderbolt) ports, I bought a separate 7-in-1 usb desk which can be connected to USB-C for anything you want. Battery holds the charge for the day of moderate usage but for heavy and continuous usage, it may not be sufficient. Touchscreen, screen quality, camera picture quality and keyboard are all of very good. Price of surface pro are high but if some deal take off few hundred dollars off, then it is very good deal.

the surface pro 9 13" is sleek and quite responsive. best for cases when you are traveling but may need to keep in touch with work from time to time.

As with prior generations, great performance - easily the best Windows tablet on the market. After some extensive testing, I've decided to return it for the i7 which for my use seems like a better option. The i5 is no slouch, but with some of the huge spreadsheets and such I work on, I'd like the extra speed. BUT, overall, highly recommended.

It works as advertised. I needed an emergency computer for our daughter whose school computer crashed. This one worked well for her needs

This is an excellent computer, fast in it's responses,and trustworthy in how it gets the results requested. I'm glad Best Buy had it ready to tempt me when I started hunting for a new computer.

Literally chnaged the way i work. I was always a full laptop person but this has allowed me to be a little more nimble in the way that I used to dread opening my laptop and sitting down to work.

Just a fantastic product. I use this for work especially tele-conferencing. The camera is amazing, connection is always on point and the versatility is second to none.
