It is very fast. It however automatically connects you directly to "one drive", so all of your documents are saved there, not on your own hard drive. When you run out of space you then need to "purchase" more space. I know it's a microsoft thing, but I don't like it

Great easy fast lightweight and very powerful as must for a traveler

I absolutely love this thing. I really wanted a regular laptop for school but this caught my eye. Im so glad i went with this instead it's thin and can fix basically anywhere. I got the pen too and love using it for little art/drawing projects.

Works amazing, lets me enjoy having an Ipad and laptop without having to worry about any programs not being able to run in an ipad setting.

Great for doing work on the go, and it is great for what I have been using it for. My only complaint would be battery life but even that is pretty good.

A good little laptop/tablet combo though a little on the pricey side for its specs. Continues my history of good impressions with this type of device. I use it primarily for book keeping and sketching.

This is my third Surface Pro and the same thing happes. Microsoft KNOWS about the problem but does not address it. Exchange it, pay another $500 for a refurbished one? So what happens initially is when you disconnect the power, the Surface immediately shuts off. It will not run on the battery any more. This was after only one year. My previous Surface at least lasted 3 years but the same thing happened. HERE'S THE KILLER... A short time after the battery problem and trying fixes, the Surface stops turning on completely! It will eventually turn on after trying some fixes found on YouTube and then after a couple more weeks... DEAD. The Surface just flashes the Windows logo 4 times, will not boot up and the screen stays black. The only way to turn it off is doing a hard reset but it does not boot up any more. It is now a very expensive boat anchor. I will never buy a Surface product again, I am switching to a nice portable laptop. DO NOT be fooled by the sales on the Surface. My Company has had numerous problems with the Surface in their Supply Store and has gone through almost 50 of them. They are switching as well.

My Microsoft Surface Pro has been a very useful addition to my business. I have found it extremely handy when on site doing quotes and billing.

Compatible lap for personal use and handy during shifting. Great model if we use it either for business or personal use. Less weight and more convenience to use.

k love this computer . I use it at college and it does more than I need it to do . Looks are nice and sleek and easy to navigate. Love the touch best computer ever.

This is a tablet that runs windows instead of Android OS, which sounds good in theory but in reality it's pretty bad. The specs on this are not the best for the price point and you can easily sinply buy a better laptop for the price. You are paying for the name 100%. What about tablet functionality? It runs windows so it runs windows programs only, all of which have zero touch screen compatibility. You need a mouse and keyboard to effectively use this tablet which defeats the purpose of having a tablet. It doesnt use the playstore, amazon app store or anything else, it cant run any programs any other tablet can run making it essentially as a very low quality laptop with a touch screen. Its very small and portable but that comes at a cost of battery life. Just do yourself a favor and buy a laptop if you want this.
