The "upgradable storage" is a lie.

GARBAGE- Don't fall for the Hype

Read the reviews on Microsoft, the complaints on from the better business bureau and all the threads on Reddit. From personal experience, this is my second Surface. The last surface I purchased had a recall for a defective charger and sparking. I should have learned from the first one. On the surface pro X, the keyboard stopped working conveniently after the warranty expired. It flickers as if haunted. Imagine being in the middle of a law school (timed) law school exam and the computer takes a huge dump. This computer is only 3 years old. I have been through 2 keyboards and 2 pens at this point. I am finally calling it quits after spending almost 2k. Allowing these big companies to sell these super expensive defective products without recourse should be illegal! If this review deters even one person from buying this hunk of garbage I will be satisfied.

Worst Laptop Ever

I bought it one year ago exactly and it started giving me the black screen with cursor 11 months after I purchased. Nothing I do to troubleshoot works. I even took it to GeekSquad where I paid a crazy 300 dollars to get it fixed and it is still giving me the same problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
