I bought this for work and it's worked out great. It's easy to travel with and connects easily to my monitors in my office. There was a systems issue but it was easily fixed by IT.

I recently got the Surface Pro 13, and I absolutely love it. I also own a Mac, but I find myself enjoying the Surface Pro a lot more. It’s incredibly versatile, making it perfect for both work and school. Just feels very natural. Whether I’m taking notes, sketching, or navigating through my tasks, the Surface Pro handles everything with ease. It’s lightweight, portable, -Highly recommend it!

Get a surface pro! Fabulous device. Bought this one unseen open box and returned due to bad condition, but picked up another open box one that was fantastic.

The surface itself is well made and easy to use. The speakers are loud enough for watching a movie, but won't be booming across a room. The video is clear for virtual meetings like zoom and such and works great. Travels really well. Charges with the included power brick or USB C power delivery, so if you're traveling you may not need to bring multiple chargers if your phone/etc also charge with USB C (just get one with enough wattage) The screen smudges a good amount which is to be expected with any touch screen device, so have a wipe cloth handy. The biggest drawback is the 8gb model really isn't powerful enough. With simply running windows and Firefox with just a few tabs, the machine is about maxed in the RAM department. If you want to do any real work and multitasking, you'll definitely need to step up to the 16gb model at minimum.

Surface is a good product i bought first gen surface pro this one has no usb ports so that kind of dissapointing. Overall it fits my needs.

Plenty fast. Size is perfect for travel and the dock works well for use at home.

The Surface Pro 9 has almost the full function of a desktop with complete portability of a tablet. Excellent combination with the attached keyboard. Fully functional apps.

Decent work laptop. Good for non-heavy processing tasks. The battery capacity is not amazing.

My daughter uses this thing all the time. She takes it wherever it goes. Its light and its her favorite color.

I love the surface. As a professor, it has been heavenly to use in a classroom to write without constantly having to erase as well of how portable it is, only issue with it lack of traditional ports such as hdmis but having a dongle is fine.

I am a Dell user. I had not bought a laptop for a while due to work laptop access. Had been looking and I had been watching the Surface for years. Finally, went and talked to sell representative and gave a demonstration. I was sold even more and very pleased and very comfortable with my new laptop. Geek Squad helped as well making sure I knew how to work everything I was use to working. Very sturdy, easy to change from tablet to laptop. Screen or picture very clear.
