To start, I researched and read articles for 2 months before I bought this. I have an 11 year old high functioning grandson whp loves video games and youtube. He was so happy when he got this Laptop. It plays all his games and videos. The machine is fast, good screen quality and clarity. The speed is FAST. The only thing I miss is the touch screen. I should have gotten that feature. This is one of the best tablets to use in between work and school. I can multitask with multiple desk tops. Lightweight, battery life is amazing, and fast.

This Surface works great. Nice battery life. Lightweight and easy to carry around.

I love the surface. As a professor, it has been heavenly to use in a classroom to write without constantly having to erase as well of how portable it is, only issue with it lack of traditional ports such as hdmis but having a dongle is fine.

Its a surface pro, if you are reading this then you already know.

I am a Dell user. I had not bought a laptop for a while due to work laptop access. Had been looking and I had been watching the Surface for years. Finally, went and talked to sell representative and gave a demonstration. I was sold even more and very pleased and very comfortable with my new laptop. Geek Squad helped as well making sure I knew how to work everything I was use to working. Very sturdy, easy to change from tablet to laptop. Screen or picture very clear.

I returned this product because I decided if I was already spending so much, I might as well have the upgraded 16GB i7 version. That said, now having had both, the 8GB would be fine for most tasks (it really wasn't as bad as the internet made it seem) especially if you are just using it for school or something similar. I recommend getting it on sale, but other than that, It is a good product.

I have had this for a while. It performs very well. There is no "spectacular" feature that would wow anyone. However it is a tool and as a tool it works and well.

This is my very first laptop . I have used it for everything for From school work and gaming and now I have to give it to my younger siblings and they are grateful for it as well. It’s my very favorite and memorable laptop.

I was looking for something lighter and good processing power to lug around for work and this works great!

Great tablet still after over 2 years. No complaints.

The only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because it doesn’t sit well on the lap. Which is kind of expected anyway, because it’s not a LAPtop. Other than that, it’s a really cool computer, works fantastically. I had one instance of it just shutting down, but it came right back up and was fine after that. If the problem persists, I’ll get it checked out. The battery life is pretty good, but not “all day”.

Super fast. Crisp, clean, lots of small touches that I love like the ability to have voice text entry through the online keyboard... What I don't love is just some certain Microsoft surface specific things. I have no interest in being web browser, and some of the Microsoft specific apps on the desktop. Kind of feel like I could have just bought a laptop for a half the price with less bloat and junk, but overall it's an excellent computer so I'm keeping it for now.

Great choice of a hybrid laptop/tablet. I have watched several movies with my girlfriend on here, as well as met clients with this in a professional setting. Looks slick, clean, and sexy.

I highly recommend this product. It has worked an extremely impressive wonders for school, work, and even fun art projects i have done as a hobby. I have had absolutely no problems with it, and honestly it exceeded my expectations. This computer is perfect for whatever needs you may require.
