The Surface itself is good, and I'm okay with it. However, it was supposed to be black titanium, but it came in silver. When I was purchasing it, I told the Best Buy online staff to make sure both the keyboard and mouse matched the color of the Surface. Now, I have mismatched devices.

The worst experience w/Best Buy. When you see the image and read the text that describes the product..it doesn't mention that the device does not include keyboard. So, you expect to receive a complete computer, as I had in the past since I've bought over 5 MSFT Surface for my office. This is a misleading advertising
