The Surface Pro 12 has quickly become one of my favorite devices. I really like the compact, lightweight form factor-it's super easy to carry around, whether I'm working in the lab, at home, or on the go. The touchscreen is excellent: smooth, responsive, and perfect for both productivity and casual use. The keyboard is surprisingly good too, with solid key travel and a comfortable layout that makes typing feel natural.

LOVE THIS MACHINE. I USE IT FOR BUSINESS BOTH AT HOME AND ON THE ROAD. IT IS SMALL, SO IT IS EASY TO CARRY--THOUGH IT WEIGHS JUST OVER 2 LBS. THIS ONE CAME WITH A KEYBOARD SAVING ME THE TIME OF RESEARCHING WHICH KEYBOARD TO GET. IF YOU ARE FLYING AND USING THE ENTERTAINMENT, YOU CAN REMOVE THE KEYBOARD. LONG BATTERY LIFE.

Excellent given the price of $649 and the fact that I have been able to replace my MacBook Pro and iPad with one easy to carry device. The battery life is great and only requires I carry a smaller 45W charging block. The computing power is enough for light photo editing and AI development.

I have always loved my surface plus's, especially for travel purposes, but these new ones are great. Longer battery life, very fast processing power and just overall perfect for my needs

Works fast for what I need. It’s small enough to travel with. I didn’t buy one with a lot of memory, instead I bought an external hard drive. It’s used for work only. I like the flexibility of using the keyboard or not using it. It’s not bulky. I had recently made the switch from Dell which I had been using for decades. I’m much happier with this purchase, and the functionality of it. I’m looking at buying another for a work computer. The fact that you can use it for many different things is great!

I really like the versatility of this product, great speed, beautiful color. It is light weight and with the option of the keyboard makes it user friendly.

I’ve had the Microsoft Surface Pro for about a month, and it has been excellent for school, research, and everyday entertainment. Performance is very fast and responsive. I regularly use it for writing papers, online research, streaming, and multitasking between multiple browser tabs and documents, and it handles everything smoothly. Battery life has been one of the biggest surprises. I can comfortably get through a full day of schoolwork and media use without worrying about charging. Standby battery drain has also been minimal. The keyboard bundle makes it feel like a true laptop when needed, but I still appreciate being able to detach it and use it as a tablet for reading or watching content. So far, I haven’t experienced any issues or annoyances. It feels quick, lightweight, and well-built.

This Surface tablet is exactly what I had hoped to get. It is great size, has great resolution, no video lag, and fast internet. The keypad had nicely sized keys. Charging with the appropriate adaptert is fast. I would recommend this to family and friends.

Super fast, light weight, touch screen very responsive, love it. Works like a laptop but just better.

Bought for my girlfriend and she loves it for real estate, it connects to her phone with Bluetooth and the mic quality is better than her iPhone 15. The processor is good enough for her to have over 10 tabs open at a time while using co pilot and a couple other programs open for her brokerage. No need for screen protector with gorilla glass 5 screen too.

Love it, got the bundle because it was cheaper & did not disappoint. It kinda sucked the bundle wasn’t available in the color violet (I asked) but a simple violet case fixed that and I’m really happy with the purchase. I use it for school and it’s a good choice (though pricey) if you want something portable but don’t want to use a tablet.

The Surface Pro has been perfect for my college work. It’s fast, lightweight, and makes studying and assignments so much easier. The workers at the store were incredibly nice and helped me feel confident about my purchase. I’ll definitely be coming back to this store for anything else I need.

Screen is small, adapter needed to be purchased to connect to outlet, didn't like easel stand, power connection on top side of screen is awkward, no portal to plug in a mouse.
