The Surface Pro Copilot+ PC is sleek, lightweight, and impressively fast. The 12” touchscreen is sharp and responsive, and the Snapdragon X Plus with 16GB RAM handles everyday tasks smoothly. Battery life easily lasts a full workday, and the AI Copilot features are genuinely useful. The Platinum design looks premium and feels solid.
Keep in mind the keyboard and pen are sold separately, and some specialized apps may have compatibility limits. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for productivity, travel, and daily use.

Got this laptop for my wife to use for school. She absolutely loves it ! It’s lightweight, slim, and is the best of both worlds for someone who is in between a laptop or tablet. She uses it as a tablet more often but loves being able to have the capability of a laptop.

I love the product, it works very well for me and my son. I bought two of these. They are very light and easy to travel with. The clarity of the screen is amazing. I really love my new surface. I had the surface 6 and 7, although I loved each of them I really love this computer.

Tablet is great and works well. Can use most windows applications. Being a snapdragon processor even medium graphically intensive can struggle. If that is understood the performance is more than adequate.

Excellent premium tablet with Windows to get work done. It is a good price point when you purchase with the Snapdragon processor which brings the price down. It still performs great with normal office apps.

This computer, surface, and touchpad combination is the best I’ve ever had. The functions work exceptionally well with Copilot and are great for my college courses. I use it almost every day. It’s lightweight and easy to turn on and off, which is exactly what I’m looking for in a notebook.

Laptop works super well for college making taking notes and homework assignments super simple and smooth and running programs simple. The only complaint is the low storage space and how little the battery last when running demanding programs.
Very lightweight, modern laptop, couple of caveats

My old Surface was getting laggy and wouldn't hold a charge, so this lightweight machine with Snapdragon processor is great. Holds charge under light use for 6 days or more. Very snappy performance. Overall very pleased. A couple of drawbacks. It is fairly bizarre that Microsoft doesn't include a charger with this unit. Since it requires a 65W or greater charger, that's an additional $40 or so bucks you need to plan for. Also, I didn't do enough research that ARM processors do have known incompatibilities with some legacy software and printers. Luckily all my critical legacy software is working, even though I got warning messages during installation. But I have yet to get my printer up working with the unit. I think I found a workaround by researching, but haven't had a chance to test it yet. This is just something to be aware of.

Snapdragon has come a long way on Surface tablets. System is responsive, reliable. Battery life is incredible. Beautiful screen and the aspect ratio is awesome. So happy with the purchase.

Very nice and efficiently fast. My only wish is that it came with keyboard and cover as I have to purchase those items. But still, Microsoft is unsurpassed! I could never purchase another brand.

The Microsoft Surface Pro is a light, powerful device to travel with on the road.
However, I learned the ARM-based processors do not allow the classic version of Outlook to be loaded, which is very disappointing to lose that functionality with the new version of Outlook, that lacks a lot of options.

Has been a huge help with homework! I used to write everything out by hand in class but now I can download the notes and just annotate them throughout the class, also runs python pretty well.

Compact, quiet, and capable, the Surface Pro 12 is a polished entry‑level Copilot+ Windows 11 device ideal for students or professionals on the go. But its upgraded Pro 11 sibling often delivers better value and performance at the same price. Go for the Pro 12 if portability matters most—but if raw specs and accessory compatibility matter more, its slightly larger predecessor may be the smarter pick.
