I honestly love it. Everything I use is either compatible or I can use the emulator. It is fast and responsive. Screen is great, a major improvement over my Surface Pro 6 which is what I upgraded from.

Works great and compact for every day work, including for free time entertainment.

I use it for school and it’s been great, easy to bring with me everywhere.enough battery that I don’t need to bring the charger with me for my day

I use this computer for school work and i like the size and weight. Easy to use and carry.

First Day, and not only do all features work as expected, and all promises were kept but it manages to do those promises and claims all on day one and still while being lazing fast. I played Raid Shadow Legend and am getting amazing performance. Just a small keynote is that the Windows Recall Feature, and the feature where you talk to copilot while gaming as of yet isn't even out unfortunately. Battery also is just as good as the claims were watching YouTube for about 13-13 1/2 hours with 100% brightness and volume. Just in case anyone cares like I do with previous laptops it does have a HDR certification by VESA :) Speakers are also crisp and loud with no distortion. Cameras are super clear and sharp without any lag. So, for a recap all claims and promises giving high expectations met or exceeded my standers. fully Functioning with from what i see no glitches and most things appear to work on day one. I purchased this for my daughter for school. She has loved it so far because it is light but also allows her to do all of her school work

Bought myself this for my christmas and I must say I am inlove. All the features I need and more. Very sophisticated

super light weight and cute. you can easily go from tablet to laptop. the keyboard self charges with the tablet no need for an extra cable.

I have been enjoying using my new Surface Pro it works as good as my old Surface Pro 4 that I am replacing. I wanted to get more ram and hard drive space and with Windows no longer sending updates it gave me a reason to finally replace the 4.

Laptop is fast and works great. Copilot is working.

I've had 4 Surface Pro. I've liked everything about the other Surfaces except their battery life I was about to get a different brand but I want to try this battery again I am hoping this one is better. So far, so good

excellent machine..Rins fast & cool. Much cooler than our previous models. Video is bright and crisp with accurate colors.

Bought it for my kid who is undergrad majoring in Biology. The kid loves it for the ease of use for her needs. She has been happy for over a year.

Have used multiple Surface Pros (including the RT version) over the years & consider them to be the best Tablet/Laptop format for Windows. The Surface Pro with the Snapdragon chip in no exception. It equals or beats all the former Surface Pros in performance. However, I offer on caution, be expected to run into minor problems with hardware or software. The only problem I have encountered is an Epson printer several years old that can print up to 13" by 19". No software or drivers available at this time for it. I choose the X Plus with the non OLED display & am not disappointed. Comparing it to my M4 iPad & Galaxy S9+, the display on the X Plus Surface holds it on.

Very nice product, light weight and portable. My only draw-back thus far, is the entire system price (computer + keyboard + pen was quite expensive, for my preference). A better system laptop was less expensive, however the lighter weight and convertible 2-in-1 is what swayed me for this purchase compared to the laptop.
