Best laptop for creative purposes. Screen is awesome and super light keyboard with magic pen is delightful.

I purchased this for work and light gaming. It blew my expectations out of the water. I figured I could play some easy to run games and stream some other games. It runs video games way better than I expected. And is great for productivity

I own two older Surface Book computers that were purchased several years ago and still use them today. The Microsoft software and new features, like Copilot+ PC, make the new computer the best on the market today.

This is an excellent machine that solves most of the issues holding back the surface line. The addition of an oled display gives the surface pro one of the best panels in its class, while the new snapdragon cpus mostly close the gap between Windows pc's and their Apple sillicon counterparts. Keep in mind this device needs a separately sold keyboard accessory to function as intended, though there is a range of compatible keyboards depending on one's budget.

Excellent product and customer service to match. Bought on Black Friday. Super busy but customer service kept themselves cool and calm. Surface meets expectations. Runs smoother and faster than previous surface I’ve owned. I was worried slim pen might fall out but it’s magnetized so no issues. Only draw back, sometimes mouse doesn’t connect. I have disconnect keyboard and reattach so can detect. Other than that no problem.

This laptop is perfect for my graphic design needs. It doubles as a tablet that I can use for drawings. Very fast and handles all of my design software easily.

The Surface Pro 11 with the Snapdragon X Plus chip, 16GB RAM, and 256GB SSD offers decent performance for general computing tasks without getting too warm. However, the GPU is a known weak point with Snapdragon chips, and while app compatibility can be an issue, I haven't encountered any significant problems. One downside is that x86 emulated apps seem to drain the battery faster, with a noticeable 12% depletion per hour when using LibreOffice and playing music. Ideally, the device should offer around 8 to 10 hours of battery life. At its MSRP, the lack of an included keyboard makes it a bit pricey, but it could be a worthwhile purchase if found on sale.

The battery life of this Surface Pro is exceptionally good. It makes no noise and it doesn't get hot at all. However, the Snapdragon processor imposes many limitations. For one, it is virtually impossible to make this Surface Pro work with most printers. These same printers work nicely with Windows 11, if run on a desktop or a laptop with a standard processor. But Snapdragon is notorious for not working with most printers & many other peripheral devices.
This Surface Pro is great as a tablet for entertainment & a few other things. But it can never replace even the most basic laptop and it's not a tool for work at all.
Hi RufusFuscus, thank you for your feedback. We’re continuously working to expand support for printers. Currently, over 8,500 modern wireless printers from top vendors are compatible with Snapdragon X Series powered windows PCs To ensure compatibility and for the most up-to-date list of supported printers, please check https://www.qualcomm.com/snapdragon/laptops-and-tablets/printers.
