I had the Lenovo Copilot PC (awesome screen, but no pen support and I don't like that widescreen aspect ratio) so had to spend MORE for a smaller screen and no keyboard on the Surface Pro 11 OLED. This is my 6th Surface device, so I know them well. I'm giving this one 4 stars for two reasons 1) It's really expensive for what it is. And the rip off (physically and financial) new keyboard is insane. That combined with this makes it a $2000 laptop with 13 inch screen which is just crazy money. The $999 entry level model is probably fine for 90% of users but I do a lot of photography so wanted the extra colors and contrast of OLED. 2) The fans run on this a lot. For no reason - the CPU usage can be at 5% and the fans are running. I'm sure there's a middleware update Microsoft can issue to stop it firing up so often but I think they may have pushed too much CPU with this Elite inside this slim chassis and not left enough space for venting it. The Surface Laptop and Lenovo probably don't have the same issue. Other things are what you expect from surface - great writing experience, 120HZ refresh is awesome, front camera is amazing - have had comments on zoom calls it looks like a DSLR connected.

I actually love the versatility of this, I do however need to learn to use it more so I’m not constantly removing the keyboard to write on the tablet, etc. but I always push buttons when I write if it’s not removed. This is exactly what I needed for nursing school!!!

The surface pro is a great computer that allows you tobhave a powerful operating system and a detachable tablet when needed. I really like the flexibility and sleek design.

The newest Surface Pro provides a crystal-clear display. The setup from my old surface pro to this one was very easy and a time saver. It has a fast response when engaging in various activities all at once.

the good, Slick, light., fast., gorgeous. good battery life the bad, too expensive, few portrs no accessories, it comes with windows. I'm sorry, but the copilot is pretty useless. and I wish there were more crystallizations and option to replace a lot of a blow to where that's coming with. this device.

I needed a new Microsoft Surface and the Team at Best Buy was great at informing of the current options from Microsoft. They also had a sale going on and I saved almost 400 dollars on my purchase.

Always a big fan of Surface. The only one constructive feedback on this item is that it’s normally slow and having performance (slow) problem.

Traded in my MacBook Pro and I’ve always been an Apple fan. But this by far is an amazing laptop! I highly recommend this for individuals who have their own business. I am a contractor and this allows me more flexibility when completing data task for my clients.

This is one of the most reliable machines you can purchase. I've used one for work purposes and no issues for years. Now I've upgraded it to this and again no issues.

Great easy computer for any college student. Bought it for my lvn program and it was great. A tablet and a pc in one

The OLED display is amazing. I definitely enjoy this better than the MacBook Pro. I would also recommend getting the pen if you are in college or just like writing. The only thing I haven’t liked is sometimes the keyboard does not work and I have to disconnect and reconnect it.
