Bought this for my daughter. So far its working great using for school. She likes it.

I needed a new Microsoft Surface and the Team at Best Buy was great at informing of the current options from Microsoft. They also had a sale going on and I saved almost 400 dollars on my purchase.

This is the third Surface I have bought at BestBuy. The produt is operfect for my needsd and the sales staff at the store are friendly and knowledgeable.

It does not disappoint; on the contrary, it encourages you to work with it and take it wherever you go. It's both a laptop and a tablet, very versatile. Great camera, excellent performance. For this price they should include the keyboard.

Overall, it's an OK product. Having only USB-C ports is not an ideal setup for things that need USB connections instead of BT or Wi-Fi and the $199 cost of the USB4 Dock is kind of ridiculous considering the cost of the machine already. Pros are the ability to use the(not included) Type cover without it having to be attached as is the case with most of the Surface devices.

This replaces my 8 year old surface pro. It's wonderful to have all the updates and I love the sleek black. My old one was silver. Got the super soft alcaterra keyboard. Love it! Two days after I bought it I got a $250 price adjustment too!

Always a big fan of Surface. The only one constructive feedback on this item is that it’s normally slow and having performance (slow) problem.
