I’m impressed with this new Microsoft Surface Pro! I have always had apple products, but looking towards the future of AI content. With this computer, I am able to use like an iPad, but with additional Windows software and Microsoft Office software. I also like the removable storage option on the back. If I want to add more later I have that option.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LAPTOP!! It is so amazing, I love everything about it. I got it for college as a pre-med student. It works great for virtual labs and it is also perfect for studying if you get the keyboard with it. I am beyond impressed with this laptop!

I was uncertain about what to buy as a medical student, but I'm so glad I chose the new Surface Copilot! It’s a fantastic tool that really supports my studies and helps me stay organized. The features it offers, like note-taking and quick access to medical resources, make my workflow so much more efficient.

This one has wifi and all capabilites to be efficient. No issues. Including windows updates. All apps used outlook, multiple browsers open and running in background works just fine.
Only issue did not have eSim capability.

I really wanted to like this computer... It's feature-rich and fun. But it's not got the most basic thing a laptop needs: reliability.
Sometimes the charger works. Sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes the pro keyboard charges. Sometimes it doesn't.
Sometimes it just wakes up when you hit the power button like a regular tablet. Sometimes you'll just be staring at the windows logo for 30+ seconds waiting for it to boot up again like you fully turned it off or something instead of just shutting the lid. Generally, startup times are rough, the longest I've seen in many years.
Even in the 3 minutes of typing this, the screen flashed black and now is a warm light tint instead of white. It has very long startup times.
Software misbehaves with ARM. I never got VLC for Arm to work, and VLC for Intel run with compatibility emulation doesn't work quite right. Super basic stuff here.
Haven't gotten my external drive I've been using for years to consistently connect to the USB-c port with a hub (and there's no USB-A port).
Haven't gotten Windows network drives to behave consistently.
And copilot is a marketing gimmick. Very untrustworthy and generally annoying. One of my first interactions with it was just asking "what day of the week is the 20th?", to which it responded with a random day which was not correct for this month, the next month, or the previous month. Instead of being concise and correct, it's fluffed with dialogue-like words asking you how you're doing and things (weird) and gives inaccurate data. MS Paint AI is a gimmick too. Fun for 30 seconds and then when you actually need something from it, it's just not good enough.
If it just worked right, it'd be 5 starts, maybe 4 since AI is still just a gimmick at this point.

So far so good!
Coming from and iPad Pro to the Surface Pro, I can say they both have their highlights. However, I made the switch because I needed something that offered near full laptop capability while maintaining the appeals and ability to convert to a tablet. The Surface Pro absolutely provides this and then some! Overall, I am satisfied with the change.

LOVE my new Surface! My spouse had an older version that was greatly appreciated by the whole family and to have my own, improved newer model now is a real treat!

Everything you’d want in a Surface Pro

I traded in my old Surface Pro X for this, and it’s a perfect upgrade. I can run a second monitor (28” 3840x2160) at 120hz flawlessly with Zoom and Microsoft Whiteboard. I didn’t need to buy any new accessories because my old Surface Slim Pencil, detachable keyboard, and case all worked perfectly. I really like the AI art capabilities which allow me to describe the picture I want and then choose from among the options it creates.

Really nice tablet. Faster than my previous tablet. A great deal of new features. One thing I do not like is all the reminders to set up options I do not want and the screens that pop up to assist you in trying to learn new features. Would be helpful if I wanted to use those features, but I do not want to see them regularly.

I’ve owned PC’s since the 1980’s and have bought a lot and many times on early side of new technology.
This is early side technology BUT…. I must admit that is smokin fast and my Adobe Photoshop is way better than what I’ve been used to.
Just know that you will have to wait for even Adobe to get programs running on this platform.
It’s got a beautiful screen and the speed is worth it!
