    Best Buy experience was great as usual. Easy ordering, good price, easy pickup. But this is a product review. The Surface Pro 11 is a disappointment. The Windows 11 operating system no longer supports the ‘tablet’ mode. They offer some weak suggestions, such as remove the keyboard and change the orientation, but the true ‘dual’ functionality is basically gone. As well, there in no regular USB port, only USB -c . Now one needs to buy all new adapters to connect to external monitors, keyboards, etc. I’d prefer my Surface Pro 3 if it was still working!

    Tablet and keyboard are great. Does not include stylist. Keyboard also does not charge stylist. You will need to purchase seperate charger for stylist since stylist also does not come with charger either. Gave this package deal 4 stars for this reason.

    Slight learning curve as the functionality is different from a regular laptop, but it functions well and my wife is loving it.
