This is my second surface pro and most likely won't be my last.

I switched from a Mac to this and wish I never did. The tablet + keyboard feature makes it really hard to carry the open computer around. The keyboard doesn't work well and the screen doesn't always recognize when it's attached. I though the tablet part was going to be much more useful then it ended up being. The screen gets warm quickly and is just not user friendly in my opinion. I also have to restart it like everyday because it doesn't connect to the wifi when I turn it on. It's also veryyyyy slow for a new computer. Overall, do not recommend buying this!

Pretty good, only one remark, must to have a Chanel for techical remote support in other country, like Brazil for example...

This is a great computer for work and school usage.

Boot is a little slow. Biggest problem is with the keyboard not always being recognized when powering on. You have to detach the keyboard and reattach to get the keyboard to come on. Several others have reported this same problem on community boards. Have not found any fix for it. Other than that problem the Surface Pro 11 works well.

Took over an hour to start up. Brought it back the next day for an iPad that took 5 minutes to set up. Doesn’t feel like a smooth display. Just get a laptop or an Apple. If you plan to keep this device, beware that battery replacements are way more expensive than necessary ($300-500). That’s why I stuck with iPad which costs less than $200 for a battery replacement and comes with longer battery life and a smoother display. This seems heavy and bulky. The screen feels cheap.

The Surface Pro was a major disappointment. We actually exchanged the first one because the keyboard would not work without detaching and rebooting the Surface. The replacement did the same thing. Research on the Microsoft Tech blogs revealed pages of customers with the same issue and Microsoft has not been able to resolve it. So we returned the returned the 2nd one and got our money back. Sorry but I just can't pay that amount of money for a tablet I have to detach and reattach the keyboard constantly to get it to work. Best Buy staff were great to work with and I appreciate their timely service.

Everything else looks great, but remember there are lots of softwares not supported due to the ARM chip, such as google drive.

We bought a laptop little over a month ago and it died completely. Took it back to bb and was told WE have to ship it to Microsoft! I bought at bb because I thought they’d have better customer service. Don’t buy any Microsoft products from them. They won’t stand by it. I even bought the extended warranty!

It very well maybe a good product, just not for me.

Very unhappy with learning the hard way that the Surface Pro 11 uses a Snapdragon ARM processor, as opposed to the Intel processor that my Surface Pro 6 uses, that both my scanner and printer don't work with.

Another not so great product from Microsoft. Because of the display properties, the items to click are too small for finger taps that are normally used on tablets. You'll need a mouse and keyboard to avoid the frustration of it not recognizing the tiny little icons you're trying to tap on.
