Fast yes it does but overheat lightweight for traveling

This has been one of my best purchases because I am constanly using this device and its really handy. I can take it anywhere I want, whenever I want, whithout having any hassle because it is ver portable. Easy access anywhere.

Excellent if you know the compromises. For a general travel work machine, very few devices beat a surface but I'd much rather have the surface laptop vs this personally since I've very little use for the tablet. So that's what I've upgraded to. But if you want a tablet and a PC, surface should be top of your list.

This is by far the best laptop I’ve ever had. Tons of features also responds when you talk to it just like Siri or Alexa . Very fast processor and fantastic resolution on this baby. Highly recommend this product. The boys at Microsoft did a great job with this one. As crackhead Bob would say “I love it”.

Lightweight, and the battery life is amazing! The touch option is also great!

I can not recommend surface more. It is light, flexible, fast and stable.

The MS Pro is nothing short of performance. For the day to day office/internet and general user this PC Performs and then some! No Bells and whistles needed here. The M3 processor and 4GB of memory are more than enough to multitask and run a gauntlet of applications and stream your music while you work. Well worth the money and great portable office task machine indeed!

I am a huge Apple fan and love the iPads and had almost every gen., I was waiting on the new pro, but decided to give the Surface Pro a chance. Wow how surprised am I. The speed and all you can do it. The quality is great and the drawing aspect is awesome. The keyboard is a nice touch and made it just that much user friendly. Microsoft won me over with the Pro.

This is a good buy for students doesn’t weigh much perfect size too.

The surface lineup from Microsoft is good, I bought this laptop mostly for school to replace my previous laptop and notebook and for those purposes its highly recommended. I used to carry around a heavy gaming laptop and a 5-subject notebook which would cause my back to hurt at the end of the day, that's why I appreciate how much the surface pro does. This is where the good things end. Honestly I made this purchase on an impulse because I wanted to replace my heavy laptop and I wanted to get into digital notetaking (which I cannot give up now), but looking back at it this purchase was extremely expensive for a laptop that is somewhat underpowered (the 4GB RAM and M3 CPU is not enough to run things smoothly). For the same price I think its better to get a proper 2-in-1 laptop that has more power, its easier to place on your lap without hurting or hoping it doesn't tip over, and something that is more practical overall. It does have its downsides. The Wi-Fi card is flaky and fails when you need it most, the keyboard is nice but it flexes after a while, the graphics drivers are flaky as well (causing black screen from time to time), the trackpad is rather small and hard to click on it, and lastly the surface pen isn't the most accurate on the right side of the screen (could be defective unit). TLDR: It's a great machine for what it is, but it's too expensive for such low specs. I would invest in a good 2-in-1 laptop instead.

Love the touch screen and how portable it is for school.

Great for college students or even if your not a college student and want to own a computer but not have the bulkness of a computer this is perfect. I love my surface. Would recommend this to everyone.

One month in and I still love this thing! I would definitely recommend this to any student, but make sure to get the pen as well. The writing is very smooth, and now I can have all my notes with me at all times. I won't be taking notes any other way going forward. This was definitely worth the price.

I bought this tablet for my son for school and it's been great ! He had an iPad however we needed specific software to run that it's only on windows very good alternative good size and quality

Bought it to be a portable tablet/laptop for when I am traveling. Great laptop mode for the plane; easily fits in the bag, good battery life. Also works well as a tablet for movies and reading. One thing I would have liked was if it would detect when I close the cover, or at least stop playback?
