    Microsoft knows it is crap but keep selling

    Went to Best Buy to get an iPad. We let a Microsoft guy talk us into the surface pro. Right from the start it had problems. They go into sleep mode and will not wake up. Best Buy knows this and they keep selling them. Best Buy will not fix/ work on them. Best Buy will not refund/ return them. We were within the refund time frame. We purchased the geek warranty protection, everything. Best Buy pushes you off to go to the Microsoft store. The Microsoft store gave us an option for a new one that we did not want any part of or store credit. I was stuck with store credit. Remember we wanted an iPad? Ya, we had to get another Microsoft product we did not want. Microsoft knows they have a problem with these surface pro’s but just keep selling them. Don’t buy one. You will regret it big time.

    I love my Surface Pro LTE! It is the best computer (laptop OR desktop) I've ever owned. It's expensive, no question about it, especially after purchasing some 'extras' that I think are reall necessities for me, e.g., keyboard (type cover), pen, docking station. I can't say enough good things about this Surface Pro. I am very glad I purchased it.

    Did not learn my lesson

    I bought one and it broke in 8 months before I even paid it off. No one could fix it. I loved it! So I bought another. It broke, went orange screen then never to turn on again within a year. One week after paying it off. I tried to have them fixed and return to MSFT, I finally had to pay someone to dispose of them. NFL hates them. I watched a coach throw his on the ground-I could relate.

    Do not buy a surface!!

    Motherboard died about 2 weeks after year was up for warranty. I was only offered refurb for $500. Nobody will work on them as they are almost impossible to fix. Battery life 9 hours? Try 2.5 to 3 at best. Would never buy another surface.

    Takes some getting used to

    Too many changes for some users - Windows 10, Office 365, and very small. We've had resolution issues moving items from the Surface to the Monitor. It definitely has the Cool Factor though! We'll be buying more for our sales folks.
