Backlit is missed feature

Since I bough it the key that types these symbol on the right side next to Enter, does not work very well. It wont type anything until I hit space key afterwards. Over all the keys feel good.

I worked with this keyboard for about 6 months before it just stopped working. Out of the blue I get nothing, and no response when I have it plugged into the surface pro. It worked great when it did work. But for the money spent purchasing it I would have liked it to have lasted much much longer than it did.

Found out that when the bluetooth is on so you can use the pen, it will use up battery if the bluetooth is not turned off after use. Keyboard can be used without bluetooth though.
