So far, So good
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven't used it enough for too thorough of a review, although I will say that I love how easy it is to set up and use, and how the pen itself feels in your hand. My only complaint is that the drag seems heavy and delayed, but I suspect this might be a user error that can be fixed with practice and settings changes.

Excellent accessory
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Thr surface pen fits very well in my hand. Having the type cover makes it really convenient for storsge and charging. The touch to screen is very precise and helps when tapping on apps in the task bar.

Works great on the screen, awkward to hold
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The pen works well, I like the way it engages with the screen. My only complaint is about the way it fits in your hand. The weight and balance are good, but it doesn't feel like a pen or pencil would, it's a little award to hold when writing or drawings

Microsoft Pen
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.O lost my original pen in the airport. I purchased an aftermarket pen to save some money. The magnet was very weak. I went to best buy and bought an OEM pen I love it.

Charger Not Included
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Doesnt come with a charger. Beyond ludicrous. Besides that the pen works fine and has been flawless. There isn't much else that works this well that I could find.

A great stylus for art, school work, and workflow
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this stylus on the Surface Laptop Studio and it’s proven to be invaluable. Whether I’m drawing, taking notes for school, creating spreadsheets, or solving math problems, it’s done an excellent job and has handled everything I’ve tossed at it.

Surface pen

Works as Expected
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first, I want going to get it, but I’m glad I did. I love the option of performing the same process in Word with the pencil as with a mouse.

Great, but...
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. An indispensible tool for my art. The ergonomics is smooth. This is an optimal piece to anyone doing art on the Surface Pro. Its just unfortunate that the charger itself is sold seperately...

Clicker breaks
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The clicker on the end of the pen that performs an action - in my case changes slides in powerpoint presentations - has broken on two of these. One immediately following the end of my warranty and the other within months. I have tried third party types that havent had the same functionality, so I keep spending money on these. For $100+ they are pricey to keep replacing. I gave some stars because there is still the writing function that works well.

Great accessory
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wonderful addition to my Surface Laptop Studio. Works well, enjoy the rechargeable battery, and overall fits well in my hands. Also worked on my Surface Pro 3. You miss out on some features present on the newer devices, but it does work on older devices, too.

Great improvements on a solid tablet pen
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Microsoft Surface pen has been pretty good since the beginning, I had a Pro 3 and the pen was excellent then. Precision and great responsiveness. The ability to be able to store in and charge it in the keyboard is a very nice change from the old version that had to be put in a loop hanging off the keyboard.

Microsoft Pen
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like it. i just wish it was included with the Premium Surface Studio Laptop. At an extra 159 dollars and beng a must have to get the full use out of the Surface Studio its kind of like being extorted. Like I said though, other than the price it is a nice must have piece of tech.
