This little device has done exactly what I needed it to do and allowed all of my cables to have a single connection point for ease of use. It makes working from home and my ability to disconnect/connect quickly so much easier. Definitely recommend for any working professional with a busy schedule that’s always on the go with their laptop.

Nearly perfect openbox. I have gone through several different brands of TB docks and this one so far is one of the best. Connected to my Dell XPS 9520 without any issues. Single monitor through a USB-C to HDMI cable.

A great/must have addition to anyone who purchases a Microsoft Surface computer. The Surface PC has only a limited number of ports and you must augment this (in my opinion) design flaw by purchasing the Thunderbolt unit. Seems like MFST may have priced the PC with the Thunderbolt as a needed accessory. Keep this in mind when you compare prices....

worked great and was a great product, easy to setup.. the one drawback on it, it will only support 2 screens in addition to the Surface screen. if you are looking to connect 3 or more screens then get the Surface 2 docking station

The port works efficiently. The set up was easy. Speed is truly amazing. It makes using alternate monitors and my printer a breeze.

The thunderbolt docks are a much better quality than the original surface dock 1 and 2. Far less video issues and better compatibility. A little on the expensive side though…my opinion the cost could be a good bit less.

Expensive but really adds to the use of your devices. It can be used with Windows and Apple devices and Chromebooks. It can also be mounted on a tripod to keep it at a higher elevation. I love this device and use it everyday. Consider it if you're a creative and want to plug in multiple inputs like a microphone, camera or storage card.

Nice build quality and excellent performance. I paired it with a Samsung computer with Thunderbolt 4. This is for my work from home set up. Because it is branded as a Microsoft Surface docking station one may assume it can only be paired with a Microsoft Surface computer, this is untrue. If it has the connection types, you want or need I wouldn't hesitate to buy it as long as you have a computer using Thunderbolt.

THE MS Surface Thunderbolt is the perfect match for my Surface Pro. Having 2 of these allows me to easily use my Surface Pro at 2 locations when I travel to and from my home & office.

Expensive but works great. Easily portable. Size allows you to stow it away from view.

This is running on my MacAir. I have an external drive and monitor attached to it. Everything is running great.

Occasionally, I have to reboot the Surface in order to find components plugged into the hub. I wish the hub had an hdmi input

Great for my Surface pro and has no problems also can be used with Ethernet

Since latest Apple MacBook Pro 14" doesn't have some port needed for older connections, went with this. It's higher priced but Apple and Microsoft products look and feel of high quality. So far it's worked out well.
