This is a wonderful dock only thing i think be nice if it had a card reader. Although having some problems of it connecting in reconnecting spontaneously but trying to figure that out it might be a software issue

The Thunderbolt 4 Dock is a great dock. Useful, well laid out ports but make sure you have the space for the equally sized power brick that accompanies the dock and the tangle of cables that extra block brings. Both are solidly built and hefty.

This makes my life much easier. Cable management is so nice now as well. This multi use port has helped my work life!

I had previous versions and they could be probelmatic. Even had to return a new one. Finally they seem to get it to be simply plug and connect. Swapping it out between my surface pro and aurface laptop studio even and it just worked.

I ordered this as an open-box in excellent condition and they sent me the wrong item. I had to return it and place another order in the hopes I would receive the correct item this time. When I received it, it worked for one week and then it began having connectivity issues. It would disconnect from my Microsoft Surface 5 for no reason. I returned it. Sadly, a cheaper adapter from Amazon functioned better than this expensive hub. I needed it for the ethernet port but it delivered 100-200 less Mbps than the Amazon ethernet adapter (it wasn't even a hub).

This is my second dock, and not because of the quality because I like for each of the Microsoft computers in the office to have one

It’s working ok, I tried to hook up 3 monitors and it’s having issues, currently only using two monitors

I am using this dock for my Surface. Has plenty of ports for everything I need to be setup. This is an organizer for my office and couldn't be happier with the quality

Great addition to my surface. I'm not sure if monitors are using thunderbolts these days, but two HDMI ports would have nice. I had to purchase a thunder-to-HDMI cable to complete the setup.

I like the convenience of having the USB-C charger. Definitely an awesome upgrade.

Device helps turn my portable into a very workable two screen desk top which as I get older really is beneficial.

As the title says its a bit pricey, BUT you get what you pay for and i am loving it! Built to last no issues so far. Dont hesitate to buy

The dock works great for the Surface Laptop and the mounting insert is very useful for a clean desk setup.

Works fantastic for the Surface Studio 2 Laptop, and displaying to my Dell 4k Monitor.

Works as advertised. Auto install its software and updates are automatically done.

I tried to use it with HP Spectre that I purchased from BestBuy. The dock won't maintain the highspeed connection. It drops the hardwired Logitech keyboard. It wakes up and the secondary HP Omen monitor is maxed out to a million percent. Terrible product for NON-Surface products. Avoid at all costs. Terrible.

Exspensive but works. Cheaper options exist. It could be better for price.

The ports did not match up with my monitor, then i went back and bought a 2 port, and only 1 fits my monitor and the other does not.
