Ever since the Windows 8 operating system was released users have complained. They didn't like the new interface - they missed the Start Menu - they didn't like the bugs. Windows 10 addresses all those complaints while still retaining the benefits of Windows 8 tiling in a clever and enhanced solution. The new features, especially the search "Cortina" are well designed and work. The new Edge browser is fast and tight - a bit too tight as third party providers cannot integrate. Yet overall a huge improvement.

Product performed better than expected. Was not for a laptop, but a Dell Steam Machine. Guided us thru install. I've seen the industry grow from its infancy, so download times (compared to data-downloaded) are increasingly astounding. Microsoft has delivered a product that is both easy to install and does that job QUICKLY.

good system no major issues works like I want it to. miss a few things from windows 7, but over all i'm ok with it.

I was one of the people who refused to switch to windows 8 after using it on a tablet for a week (which I sold do to my hatred for the os)! Windows 10 adds the very few good things of 8 onto an updated version of windows 7. It works well on even my old Laptop. So i highly recommend it if you are switching from windows 8 or 7!!!

Windows 10 is better windows 7 and window 10 up grade. Windows 10 should be on a disk in stead of a thumb drive.

I purchased this as part of my new PC build , and i couldn't be happier. Easy to install and easy to use. Highly recommended.

The software was easy to install on my Mac. While I was concerned about using it, it was quite easy to learn.

I had downloaded the Windows 10 upgrade from 8.1 and several weeks later my hard drive in my year old Asus desktop crashed. I didn't create a "Restart Disk" when I initially set up this computer so the Geek Squad informed me that not only did I need to replace the hard drive but I also needed to "purchase" a completely new copy of Windows 10. Asus would not send me a RESTART DISK. To get my desktop back up and running, I purchased Windows 10 as suggested. They said I had no choice!

I upgraded my computer and went from windows 8 to Windows 10. I am very happy with my new operating system.

The sub drive made install easy, it didn't take long and I was up and running. Nice to be able to choose 32 or 64 bit.

Could not load Windows using the free upgrade tool online. Purchased the full Windows 10 version and it loaded great..

It's ok. Definitely liked Win7 and 8.1 better. Cortana is fun and useful.

Love windows 10 and it was easy to purchase from Best Buy and install with USB drive since I was not able to download.

I tried Windows 10 a month before it was released and once I set it up to look like Windows 7, surfing around is easy.

We switched from Vista to Windows 10 and simply love it. Easy to use and we now have everything save to the cloud!
