Great program. Geek squad installed the Windows 10 for my existing computer and did an excellent job in doing so.

Fast and simple install on a new pc build. No issues and liked the usb/thumb drive over disc.

Really quick and easy to install. Comes in usb for those who doesn't have a dvd unit. Very practical.

Did an upgrade from Win 7 Home. Went smooth, all personal files and old software were retained with no problem. Just backup your files first for safety. Win 10 has features hidden more than Win 7 did. Hard to find things that I used in prior years on pretty regular basis. Still have to hunt for some things, but no major complaints to date. Had no real choice - either upgrade to Win 10 or risk using Win 7 with no updates and reduced security.

This product was great. It made changing my computer from windows 7 to windows 10 so easy. The instructions were very easy to understand which was very helpful since I have never had to anything like this before. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to upgrade their computer.

Just started using it this week in the Work From Home office. Great so far. It's small, fast and was easy to set up.

I just have to put the USB and the system setup was perfectly fine This one come on a USB Blue inside the box

After receiving notices from HP of Windows 7 updates ending soon, I thought of either buying a whole new computer or just purchase the Windows 10 software. I don't know much about computer science so I was fearful of performing the upgrade myself. It was easy though, and my computer's speed has increased a bit. I had fears of losing files and pictures but they were all there. After watching videos over how to navigate through Windows 10, I got the hang of it pretty quick.

Believe it or not, there was a span in my life, roughly 4 months, where my job was literally installing operating systems on computers. It's always a pain in the neck. The USB version of WIndows 10 has to be the least-worst option I've ever had to deal with. The option to upgrade in place from 7 or 8 directly to 10 without losing all your files and programs is a game changer. One star off because the upgrade-in-place option is REALLY fidgety with folder permissions and drivers. Windows 7 EOL is coming up soon. If you're not using this already, consider changing that before January 14th.

Windows 10 is great. Granted, previous versions of Windows had their issues, but Microsoft has really come around gives its users the freedom to customize and control their Windows-based PC to their liking. I've been an Apple MacBook Pro user for the previous nine years, and going back to a Windows-based PC was somewhat of a change and I am so far enjoying my user-built PC using the Windows 10 OS.

So much better than windows 8. Works well on my computer. Also liked it came as a usb and not a disc.

What is life without windows! Thankfully for this product, my life and computer is complete!
