Great product. Installation was a breeze. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.

I needed to reinstall windows after a failed cloning experiment. I took off a star for the software being so expensive. Also, since it's been years since I've installed windows, windows 10 uses a usb drive instead of a cd for installation, so keep the box it comes in so you won't lose it. I recommend this if you mess around with computers for a hobby and want to save an expensive trip to a repair shop.

Windows has made such great improvements over the years. It's been a while since I have had to install Windows myself and the USB stick made this so easy. On a brand new machine with 16GB RAM and an nvme flash drive I think it took 10 minutes max to install. It took longer for the updates than to install

We needed to have Windows 10 Home for our old computer. The old computer is slow, however, we are able to use the DVD burner & the OS needed to be changed. Windows 10 Home can be used on the our old computer and we don't have to purchase a new one and we have the protection from Windows 10. This is a better way to reuse old equipment, because the newer computers don't have DVD burners or RJ-45 or you would have to buy additional equipment to use the USB-C jacks to attach a DVD, etc... We are familiar with our PC computer & it's not that hard of a learning curve to go to Windows 10 from say XP or even Vista! Yes, there is a learning curve on Windows 10, but it doesn't take a lot of GB space on your computer vs Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Really easy to install Windows 10 just plug in the usb to your pc then boom! It only took me 5 minutes to install and get everything setup, would definitely recommend getting.

Not as useful as windows 10 lots of bugs, and complicated concepts

Windows 10 is a nice running system. Has been a while since I’ve installed a fresh OS my self. And the USB plug in is by far the best option if purchasing yours brand new from a store. Very fast install and updates, easy to use system.

I had to upgrade my windows 7 desk top, I was skeptical on buying it bc I thought, it was hard to download but it was very easy to install,it didn't take very long, I'm glad that I purchased it,alot cheaper than buying another computer

My PC crashed unexpectedly. I had it checked by a professional, and he got it up and running. The system crashed again, and the recovery tool could not repair it again. Bought windows 10 and during installation I found a dram module was defective. Suggest purchasing one in case of PC troubles.

Easiest OS install I have ever done. Plugged the thumb drive in, started my PC, and went right into the install. Guided instructions to get you through it. All but one of my drivers (for a Plantronics headset) were installed automatically, without additional download or install.

Digital product delivery was great from Best Buy! While I was not a fan of Win 10 at its rollout it has since grown on me. The interface is fully customizable as well as the start menu. I don't use or like too many bells and whistles, I like a clean and uncluttered interface so the options to customize the start menu and remove clutter are very welcome. Personalization options are always a huge plus too! I would recommend customizing the widgets/notification settings as soon as you can so you aren't getting bombarded with news and fluff that aren't useful or wanted. This OS does seem to learn and tailor itself to you without feeling too invasive.

Easiest install ever and putting on a new SSD made it super fast. Everything is easier to use and so much more user friendly, wish I would have upgraded when it was free, $139.00 is way too much!

I needed to update an older laptop running Windows 7. So, a few keystrokes later I received a copy of Windows 10, in the mail. The install went smoothly, got the machine up and running and it became a gift for my son. I will likely renovate another computer soon.

I found a good deal at Best Buy, especially with reward points. The product installation was relatively easy. I had an issue with my account but I was able to resolve this on my own. The microsoft support never responded to my inquiry. Overall, I do like the new streamlined windows 10.

I built a PC and needed an operating system. A usb drive for installation is included. My system recognized it without having to go into the BIOS. The installation was quick. I could have some some cash by going OEM, but it's good to have a copy that I can easily transfer to another computer if neeed.

With all the negative press about purchasing OS software that has issues I was pleased with this purchase. The USB form factor made a simple install on a new PC without a CD drive yet also provided the security of a physical copy of the OS and a working activation key . I can always trust BestBuy.

What can I say? It's Windows. Seems to be pretty stable. Seems to be the best Windows, yet. I haven't installed an operating system in eons, and am glad to see that it's easier that before. Booting into USB to install is great. No more f-ing CD's. No more F-Disk.
