As expected an excellent product from Microsoft. In my opinion the best operating system available.

Works great but forces you to use their search engines, and makes it unpalatable to change/remove default search engines or log-on page. It also keeps passwords & credentials without authorization, even when commanded not to keep, and makes it exceedingly time-consuming and cryptic to change/remove. *Does not work well with some older 2nd & 3rd monitor displays-it puts them to sleep, and Microsoft won't accept responsibility for their poor programming. Other than that ... it's great.

Works well but waited till all drivers were matured hearing a lot of horror story when this os first came out. Now no problem at all very happy with widow...

If you have a PC and would like to have it be a lot more reliable and robust for heavy computing tasks than Windows 10 Pro is a very reliable choice. For the typical business user this and the Full Microsoft Office suite easily pays for itself.

I wanted to purchase Windows 10 Pro from a reliable source yet didn't want to pay the more expensive price direct from Microsoft. Looked at other sources, but ultimately trusted the purchase from Best Buy over them. Received product and had no issues with the install or activation number.

My HD crashed and my last OS was Win 7 Alt 64. Loved that OS. could not retrieve it off the old HD and could not find a replacement of the same OS, thus I was Force to purchase a newer un tested OS. It seems to do the job.

I have not used this copy as of yet, though I am using Windows 10 in all my computers. So far it has not let me down, I use it in all my computers. Sincerely Sonya Tyriece Lively Bless one and all.

I built my own PC and needed Win 10 Pro 64 bit to handle all the specs and RAM of my new machine. I did not want to pay Microsoft $199 so this Disc at $140 was a steal. Lastly, my new PC is replacing an 8 year old one that was originally running Windows Vista that got upgraded to Win 7. Win 10 blows away Win 7. Yes you have to configure the privacy settings but the OS is as friendly and useful as any I have ever used. I also own an iMac and this is easier to use. Highly recommended for casual or business users.

Every other Microsoft operating system appears to be the best one to skip. That was Windows 8, leading us to the superb Windows 10. While Microsoft's move to services over software licenses is difficult for those not interested in being tied to one vendor, Microsoft has the most available software and is hard to beat.

Originally had a Windows 7 operating system which operated smoothly with no glitches until Windows said that they would no longer support windows 7 & we must upgrade to windows 10. Geek Squad Elk ridge, Maryland claimed that this computer would not upgrade to Windows 10 as is, and suggested purchasing a new computer with windows 10. So we did purchase a new PC with windows 10. However they do not come with the utilities that we are used to such as DVD Drives & found out not even SD Card reader. Nothing but problems since Geek Squad installed our old drives with data to Windows 10 They lost very important data !!!! Asked nicely for them to come up with a solution. No one will call back ! They were supposed to have copied the Windows 7 data to a new Western Digital drive that I purchased before they began the project. When I received the drive the drive was empty. Geek Squad had been very kind until we came to pick it up. Then basically they avoided me & left me sitting at a work station waiting for them to return. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I asked a salesperson where the tech was that was supposed to help me. She said Ohhhh! they left for the night. So got me another salesperson from the other side of the store to help me. They brought out the New PC with one of the drives installed, from the old one. Also had the new PC with Windows 10 and the old PC With only the brand New Western Digital Hard Drive with absolutely no back up data or any data for that matter it was empty!! I think that they are trying to run this out of warranty so they can walk away from it. We need this data to operate our business, and even pay bills. No One Seems To Care Once They Made The Sale We are Very Dissatisfied with the product & the service of Best Buy. No seems to care if we are inconvenienced not having our data or even checked it to see how we are doing or return phone calls! You All Know Who You Are at the Elkridge, Maryland Best Buy! Terrible business practice! Shame On You ! We Dare You To Make Good On This! Not looking for review points Just want Long Time Customer Satisfaction & Not Get Ripped Off!

Excellent product and Delivery was on schedule. Will purchase again from best buy when needed.

Windows 10 Professional is the most reliable operating system that I've owned. I started using W10 after many years of being an XP user so there was a bit of a learning curve. Now that I'm familiar with the W10 way of doing things, I can find what I want almost as quickly as I could in XP. I did have a problem installing it. The system wouldn't recognize the product key when I tried to upgrade from W10 Home to the Pro version. A call to MS tech support solved the problem. One of their support people connected to my PC and remotely fixed whatever was causing it to reject my product key.

Much more stable and for some reason it feels like the process of install was impeccable compared to the windows os that comes oem from PC makers like cyberpowerpc. Bitblocker is awesome.

Works great. Fast shipping and it works great. I would buy the one from Microsoft if you want professional support. The OEM one from Best Buy works great but no customer service from Microsoft if something does happen.

Upgraded a laptop that had Home on it and I have all others on pro and prefer it a lot better. So it was time to bring this on up too.

Had to upgrade form W7 Pro and chose this option. Install was flawless and its the 1909 version. Paired with the Samsung 860 EVO ssd this system with a 3rd gen i7 is as fast as new systems

This is the best system I have ever worked with. I love the easiness of all the features.

My 10 year old PC had Win 7 pro, I spent the extra cash on Win 10 to retain the pro status. I'm in no hurry to replace my computer.

Easy to install and use and you can monitor through the phone App or Windows OS browser. The cameras lighting is a great feature to have , the light up about 10 feet away very good

The only issue was reading the 1/10 of an inch print of the KEY, but other than that, very easy to install and use. Best Buy got the order to me 3 days before it was promised so even better when delivered!
