Overall Win 10 Pro is the best version yet, and the Creators Update introduces many nice features and fixes. But hey... it's still Windows. (Grrr)

The service in the department at the Best Buy on Central Expressway in Dallas was deplorable. After 20 minutes, just went to check out & paid. Cashier was very nice. Software was easy to install. Also purchased Office 365. Have not been able to use laptop since that day. Completely shut down. Cannot get past login screen. Will take to computer repair shop-not Geek Squad after the poor service at the Dallas location.

It's no Windows 7, but you've got no choice to use

Quick Startup & Shutdown on Windows 10

I thought I might as well take the plunge. After getting around the quirky partitioning fix in order to install the Operating System I was able to to get used to running this version of windows. It is a big change from Windows 7 which I have been running for years, but luckily there are some plug-ins you can find online with a quick google search like classic shell that can allow the start bar interface to look and function like Windows 7.
