It's much easier to purchase this upgrade than to purchase it from Microsoft. It applies to Windows Home and upgrades it to Windows Pro.

The last 3 Window platforms 10, 7 and other have not the standers of a fresh install
All of them have had issues, the biggest is not responding within the Window OS partner programs. I put in a Window 10 Pro OS and right a way I am getting not responding on the title bar with (no) other program added yet.
