Works seamlessly. There is about a 15 minutes delivery time from my experience. Might cost a little much, but should be worth it since its a retail key.

Would Give 0 stars if I could I recieved the digtal key and for some reason it said my hardware was changed? Even though I never changed my hardware. Tried to call bestbuy for assistance got thrown back and forth between different appartments before getting offered to pay them money for a subscription to fix the problem?! Why should I pay money for a product I bought which should have a gaurantee for functioning. Genuinely horrible experience never ever buy this from bestbuy just use the microsoft store or something. My mistake for ever trusting them

Yes this works as a windows download for windows 11 and it works fine.

I have it preferred 10 but not a bad chance UI is a bit meh b it works for what you need couldn't ask more or less of a operating system

It works pretty much the same as Windows10 - I do not notice any substantial changes - no learning curve!

It's an OS. Only really windows and whatever apple releases for the majority of the market. It's not great, it's not bad, just is what it is. If you want a windows based system this is what you'll need for now.

Make sure your computer is capable of running windows 11 before you purchase.

Didn’t need windows 11, contacted Best Buy about computer I purchased from them in March 2025 that I thought had windows 10 and wanted to upgrade to Windows 11 and they sold me windows 12 for 143.00 that I didn’t need and they refused to refund my $$ not fair , very disappointed in Best Buy.

I got the digital version so I didnt even need to go to the store. That was awesome.

Its Windows 10/11 priduct key delivered quickly by email. The Operating system is alright but the service was 10/10.

It was useless because MS internal scanning never indicated that my laptop was not suited for the upgrade; so, I end up with a product which I have no use for.

It’s Windows 11, which you can re-activate as many times as you want(single PC at a time). The key sent out to your email quickly, don't forget to save the key.

Windows 11 is windows 11. Not measurably different than windows 10 to me but had to upgrade because of new hardware.

Mark was so good at what he does. He help with the process of installing my Window 11. I could not have done it without his supervisor.
