Great product to help setup the latest security policies

This was my first digital online copy of Windows 11 Pro Upgrade and was extremely easy to implement the upgrade to the included Windows 11 Home Edition. Highly recommended especially if you have a Microsoft 365 Business account with company domain.

well its just a license.. I guess it was OK. I would rather have Windows 10 Pro on my laptop but apparently there are no Drivers and Utility available for WIN10 on ASUS's website so I didn't want to risk it downgrading.

The item is fine but the customer service was horrible. I asked the associate multiple times (literally about 5 times) if this is all I need for windows 11 pro. He said yes, all I have to do is use USB drive to download windows 11 home on my newly built PC then use this product key. WRONG!! I didn't know he was wrong until after I purchased and tried to use it. Had to buy windows 11 home later on and then upgrade. Would never have bought this in the first place if I knew I needed to get both. Completely misleading employee, it baffles me how he is certified to work in Geek Squad.

Code came on the receipt and was also sent in an email. Very easy to upgrade.

The software was easy to download onto my laptop. So far, it appears to be stable.

I have used windows since the DOS version. Have used every update since then. This one is tops for my line of work. It is very secure and simple to adapt to. I especially like the new 365 apps.

so far the upgrade which was done by geek squad has been great on. both my new tower and laptop.

Win 11 is a good OS. Win 11 Pro is even better. This upgrade makes a good OS into a better OS.

The product of course is excellent, but Best Buy online offering for this product is easy and quick. Many time times I need the upgrade right away and within minutes I have a key to use to support my customers.

As I could not have all the functionalities I needed in the Home version, I decided to upgrade to Pro. It's been worth it, mainly as I use the laptop as my home office computer. The upgrade was very fast and easy, it took just a few minutes to have everything installed and updated. Definitely a lot more options with the Pro version.

I had an emergency purchase I needed to make and went online to a Best Buy in Gulfport, MS. I live California. It was very easy to make my purchase and I literally checked out in less than 15 minutes to complete my purchase. I arranged for someone to pickup my order and when they arrived there were no issues whatsoever! This is a great example of a great buying experience. Would I purchase from Bestbuy again? Indeed I would under any circumstance!

Easy install, required for my licenses, but not clear what Pro specifically adds...

We have a number of Windows 11 Home computers to be upgraded, and Best Buy has the right product at a competitive price. The purchase and upgrade process has been easy.

More robust than Home version. I have used it exclusively on all my computers.
