upgraded from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro on a New Dell computer with no problem.

well its just a license.. I guess it was OK. I would rather have Windows 10 Pro on my laptop but apparently there are no Drivers and Utility available for WIN10 on ASUS's website so I didn't want to risk it downgrading.

I've had this PC for a few weeks now. From the start it is Everything a PC should be. I use it for accounting, embroidery and quilting designing, among other things. Truly a blessing to have this system. Not sure why I waited so long to get it!

Easy to install and use! My mother in law is not computer savvy but she told me that she has no problems or issues using this.

The item is fine but the customer service was horrible. I asked the associate multiple times (literally about 5 times) if this is all I need for windows 11 pro. He said yes, all I have to do is use USB drive to download windows 11 home on my newly built PC then use this product key. WRONG!! I didn't know he was wrong until after I purchased and tried to use it. Had to buy windows 11 home later on and then upgrade. Would never have bought this in the first place if I knew I needed to get both. Completely misleading employee, it baffles me how he is certified to work in Geek Squad.

This was my first digital online copy of Windows 11 Pro Upgrade and was extremely easy to implement the upgrade to the included Windows 11 Home Edition. Highly recommended especially if you have a Microsoft 365 Business account with company domain.

I have used windows since the DOS version. Have used every update since then. This one is tops for my line of work. It is very secure and simple to adapt to. I especially like the new 365 apps.

I had an emergency purchase I needed to make and went online to a Best Buy in Gulfport, MS. I live California. It was very easy to make my purchase and I literally checked out in less than 15 minutes to complete my purchase. I arranged for someone to pickup my order and when they arrived there were no issues whatsoever! This is a great example of a great buying experience. Would I purchase from Bestbuy again? Indeed I would under any circumstance!

The software was easy to download onto my laptop. So far, it appears to be stable.

As I could not have all the functionalities I needed in the Home version, I decided to upgrade to Pro. It's been worth it, mainly as I use the laptop as my home office computer. The upgrade was very fast and easy, it took just a few minutes to have everything installed and updated. Definitely a lot more options with the Pro version.

Recieved it instantly within 5 mins and able to use it to setup my organisation laptop. If you are thinking to purchase a verified one buy it at bestbuy

Win 11 is a good OS. Win 11 Pro is even better. This upgrade makes a good OS into a better OS.
