    The procedure was quick and straightforward. My digital order was processed in about an hour, and using the code to upgrade my OS was no problem. If you need an upgrade code, this is the way to go.

    Great product. I purchased it to upgrade a client computer so that it can join the company domain, and it works like a charm! Quick digital delivery, and no issues whatsoever. Additionally, it's cheaper on Best Buy's site - $99 compared to $199 on Microsoft's site.

    I was told I needed to by a full version of Windows 11 Pro ($200) in order to upgrade the pre-installed version of Win 11 Home that comes with my new, Envy laptop... this is not correct. I only needed the Win 11 Pro upgrade ($100). I had to come back to the store to return the SKU of the Full Pro ver. and exchange it for the Upgrade Pro SKU.

    This was an easy program to install... I have the Geek Squad on my computer so I knew if I had a problem I could call them for help.... This Windows 11 situation has been a real thing... Confusion reigns as to how to get your computer ready.. You ask on line from Windows and they tell you your equipment is not compatable ..you must buy a new computer.....Some people cannot afford to just go out and buy a new computer...When I talked to the guys at Best Buy they told me all I needed to do was to get this upgrade and I would be fine....
