One of the two versions ((Pro vs Home) most of us use. Install was simple and basic with just a few steps as outlined in the instruction sheet that came with the product. I elected for the flash drive option because I don't always have access to the cloud.

WINDOWS 11 PRO - upgrade VS full version.

My mistake was to buy the full version instead of an upgrade going from WINDOWS 11 to WINDOWS 11 PRO. It would NOT load and since the package was opened and being software could not be returned for a refund. After a few re-routes finally found a Microsoft HELP person who was able to resolve the issue and help me install the PRO version. Kudos to the Microsoft tech who was able to help. Bottom line - get the correct version, full or upgrade to avoid some excitement.
