It is definitely windows with the upgrade it is handy but not necessary

I'm happy to not have to worry about the key from another party. The salesman at his post was full of knowledge and helped me get what I needed. I asked for in usb and don't use dvd anymore. Needed Pro. And that is exactly what I was given. Superb! I'm Not a fan of digital record keeping.

It's Windows 11 Pro, what can anyone expect me to say in a consumer review that has not been said over and over by hundreds of more knowledgeable experts by now? Okay, perhaps, why did I pay full price for it when I could have gotten a shady, or even "free" code off of the internet? Because I was struggling with a new PC build and couldn't get my old Windows 10 (legitimate licensed copy) to even allow me to get started with basic system driver loads. My real ire is for the ASUS motherboard retail version that is sold without any drivers included on, say, a USB drive. I'm a fairly advanced amateur PC person, and it took me way too much time and effort to get the new build up and running. If MB's came with functional LAN drivers I could have saved myself $200 by just upgrading my Windows 10. It was very frustrating.

I Like the the Operating system, but make sure you turn off all of the trucking apps.

The USB version worked perfectly. Really happy that install method was available.

A little pricey but does exactly what its marketed as. I had major issues with my windows 10 install...that was upgraded from win 7. A fresh install using this editon solved everything and added a ton of new functionality.

Windows 11 Pro performs as well as expected. We're not reimagining Operating Systems here, but it runs noticeably better on modern hardware than it's predecessor. But, to be perfectly honest, I only got this version to the USB boot media, and it also works as expected.

Easy to use and easy to install, just be sure that you don’t remove your last device from your Microsoft account, and be sure to link your product key to your Microsoft account if you’re gonna install it in another PC, otherwise you’ll lose your install key forever.

Overkill for what I needed but having that Pro name is pleasing to look at in the Specs. Honestly I do not know the difference between Home and Pro. It works though and I have no issues.

Product is as described, newer layout is a bit different than Windows 10 and some settings are buried and not as easily accessible but the splitscreen function is way better now with more options.

The motherboard was replaced. The drivers on the setup disk from Gigabyte contained no viable network drivers for WIN 11 Pro. The flash drive did not contain required network drivers, After WIN 11 installed, the system network went into airplane mode. The drivers could not be downloaded, so the system had to go into a shop with access to the internet. System's working fine now.

My Windows 10 crashed and I was unable to recover so I upgraded to Windows 11.

Its great, the only thing i dont like about Windows 11, is the unability to move the task bar. It is stuck at the bottom of thw screen. Yes, you can auto hide it, but that is it. Other than that it is a great OS.
