I can cast my PC to my TV now

It streams videos and audio with no glitches from my Surface Pro 3. Other wireless adapters I have used would stutter or skip during video replay using the same surface. I have also used it with an HP laptop that runs windows 8.1. Also, my windows phone displays on it with no issue.

No connection was made to some smart TVs (with separate tuners in them) and monitors with HDMI inputs without TV tuners.
