I was super excited to get this product. I'm still happy I purchased it, however it does have its drawbacks. If the computer is not super close to the adapter, we found skipping and blurring to be a problem while watching a movie.

Loses connection all the time. Only works within 10 foot of the device would not recommend

This accessory really works well with my Surface Pro 3. I just plug it into an open HDMI and USB port on my TV, change the display settings on the computer, and my SP3 is on the TV. I just generally use it as a mirrored display, but the standard display options are available too (mirror, extend)

Works exactly as expected. Easily "stream" and with good quality, anything you can do on your Surface Pro 3 to a large screen. Highly recommended!

Functional and cheap. However, for TV's with no built in USB or tv's that have their USB port filled already, needs a longer cable to get power.

At home or at prestations , works on TV / monitors,Extend or Duplicate,at Church ,classroom etc.

I think the product works well when projecting to your TV. Sometimes there are some glitches and it freezes up, but it works seamlessly about 95% of the time.

Bought this adapter to project PowerPoint slides from my Surface to a TV screen. Worked easily.

I love this wireless display adapter. I use it on my Surface Pro 4. I also use it a lot with my laptop. This thing gets used everyday.

Works well. Was able to take it out of the country and use it on hotel room tv so when I wanted to I could watch all my Netflix shows!

I'm using this device to project by Surface Pro with Windows 8.1 on TV. It's working as expected.. No lags.. No need of third party apps.. I even tried to project my android and Windows Phone 8.1 It worked seamlessly. I use it everyday.

Was easy to set up with my Surface 3 and works fine but there's a lag between key stroke and seeing the change on the screen

I like this adapter because it is compatible with screen cast for windows desktop which helps me at work during presentations and demo.

It works great!!! I have used for showing my pictures to guest and to watch movies from the internet. It has done all it said it would do.

This is really for use with new TVs - it was sold to me as a way to connect monitor wirelessly - however, you need a USB port on the back which most monitors don't have.

I watched a review on this item. I knew I only had about a 50/50 chance that it would work for me, even though it is designed for Windows 8.1. You really only get one shot to make it work. It is very poorly documented and supported. Take it home, try it, be prepared to send it back. If it works with your system it is a great idea.

I wanted to be able to use my apps on my tv. This adapter was an excellent choice for this. I am able to mirror everything on my phone.

I like it, I travel a lot, so everywhere I arrive and a next to me I can connect and easy share presentations or work from my Surface.

This is a great idea to go wireless except it wasn't apparent that I needed a USB port on the tv before I bought it!
