The worker at Best Buy convinced me to purchase this "to make an Ipad Bluetooth compatible" with the Epson projector I was purchasing. I specifically purchased this projector and equipment based on what the knowedgable salesman told me. After growing very frustrated with attempting to get my IPad to Bluetooth to the projector numerous times at home, I finally took the equipment back to Best Buy to get help. I learned that this isn't even equipment to "bluetooth". It was for connecting Windows computerrs via Wi-fi to the projector. In addition, I would need two of them to even make this work, plus the "bluetooth" thing would only blue tooth Audio and NOT the video as I specifically described needing. I am very disappointed that I was misguided by a salesman and can't even return the product that has never been nor will bever be used because 14 days had passed. Grrrr...

Paid $60 I don't think it worth it, Chrome cast works better. I could do more on chrome cast then Microsoft version.

It's nice when all you have to do to use a product is plug it in. With just a simple selection on my Surface, I was able to watch net flicks on my TV using my computer. After 17 months, it's still works perfect. That's what I want from my electronics!

I have been using this product for almost a month now and its wonderful. Worth buying!!

I have spent little time with this adapter but it has performed as expected thus far.

I use mine mainly with my Surface Pro 3 and sometimes with my LG G3 android phone. Both work flawlessly and the setup is fast and easy.

It's the little things that make a big difference.

It's easy enough to use to connect the Surface Pro 3 to my TV. The downside is that if you are playing music or videos, the sound and image are very choppy. I've tried putting the Surface right next to the adapter, and it still does not transmit smoothly. It's great if you're showing slides or still pictures.

I have been using this with my Surface 2, and works great. I have been using to display pictures, Plex, Netflix, and HBOGo. I have only had once that it crashed when watching Netflix. It uses Miracast and should be available for all Windows 8.1 devices. You can also password protect the connection after you initially set it up. Note that this will not work with Surface RT

Obviously it's wireless, so there's ever the slightest lag, but you can stream video just fine, but no gaming.

It was easy to set up, and adjust so TV displayed the computer screen. This type of display will not work for gamers due to slight delay from computer, but it will work for so many other applications ! I connected to a large screen Sony and Display was great!

Purchased item at a good sale price. Works as expected. No issues to report.
