I have used it extensively with Netflix and for general windows 8 use, it works well

It's really convenient and nice to be able to play what's on my computer on my tv!! However, it's missing a component. I had to buy a power usb connector to be able to plug it into the wall... As well as an extension cord. Otherwise, great product!

Had problem with it buffering while streaming video. Maybe the new version corrected this. Returned product instead of getting stuck with something that doesn't work well. I will purchase new version if reviews claim better success.

Realized after purchase that it won't work with all windows 10 PCs.The PC has to be compatible with miracast.Tried using miracast app with android phone..but worked only couple of times.

It works, no problems connecting, but video was very jittery. When I switched to a wired connection from mini display port to hdmi, had much better results. Good idea, bad performance. Sorry MS, had great hopes for this wireless option.

I would not buy this device because it not work like they say.. If your going get someone go with google cast work with cell phone and computer et..... will say again don't buy it

I purchased this to stream my Asian movies and it will not let me stay connected to the windows ten I have on my new computer. I am thinking of bringing it back after one more try.

This device works great. Allows me to connect surface to my tv wirelessly.

I went to Bestbuy to buy my surface pro keyboard. I was told that this product would allow me to stream instantly to my tv. Me being tec savvy was thinking that "ya right". I bought it anyway because the guy seemed nice. Well I brought it home and guess what.....there was lag isuses... and very very noticeable ones. I gave it two stars because I was really easy to set up. I would not recommend this to anyone.... unless you are buying it for a child and you have the money to blow like that.

I love this adapter. All I have to do is hook it up with my phone and I can watch movies.

Easy to plug into my HDMI port, connect via Windows 8.1 and watch whats on my computer screen. Recommend.

This is very easy to setup and works great. It connects quickly.

I bought new lenovo computer & microsoft wireless display adapter. I could not get it to work. Geek Squad Tech could not get it to work. Finally took it into BB for instore Geek Squad to work on it. They could not get it to work. They suggested I return adapter and try a different one. Did this and got the same results....I can' t get it to work and neither can remote or in-store Geek Squad. Oh well....I pride myself in being tech-capable. I felt vindicated when Geek guys couldn't figure it out either. Geek folk were polite and professional. Returning adapter and will make due with hdmi.

Works as advertised. Sluggish delay between computer and television. Occasional link disconnect during streaming after about 10 - 15 minutes. (with computer about 10 feet from television and adapter)

This is a very nice and easy to use adapter that works great! I love being free from the wires!

Easy hook-up, does what they say it does, but I was unhappy with the lag/latency of streaming. Ended up going with a FREE solution that uses my PlayStation 3....the PS3 Media Server. No lag with that.

This is a simple tool to help wirelessly send your display on a phone or other device to a larger screen. In my case it is sending my phone screen to the television. The packaging is simple, the design is simple, and the set up is simple. Connecting is done wirelessly and it works well with Android and Windows including Windows Phones.

The adapter has a few skips when playing video over the adapter but gets in better sync after a couple minutes of playing. Oddly enough the proximity to the adapter seems to affect the stream.
