I have always used these xbox live gift cards and have had no issues with them. I always like having a little credit in my account so when there are deals on xbox live I can take advantage immediately.

This type of gift cards are a great currency alternative to buy pretty much anything on Xbox Live....great option for parents worried about their kids having access to their credit cards online.

The Xbox card worked as it was supposed to. However, I was surprised that I could not use a Best Buy gift card to pay for it. I understand why the store might not let us use reward points. But this policy limits the usefulness for giving a Best Buy gift card as a gift to an avid gamer who likes to do on-line gaming on Xbox or Playstation platforms.

I prefer to buy prepaid cards because they're a convenient (and my preferred) way to renew a membership or add funds to my account without the worry of any auto renewals or extra charges. Highly recommend it.
