This is a great gift but just be aware that if you are trying to buy an old Xbox 360 game for the Xbox1, you can't use a Xbox Gift Card unless it's being bought on the Xbox 360. Besides that you have to buy through the marketplace and they don't accept Gift cards even though it's a Microsoft owned gift card.

This is a gift card. If you don’t want to put your credit card information on your Xbox then it works fine to buy whatever dlc/games you want.
