You know, it is a gift card and is super easy to redeem. You can redeem it on your phone, on your Xbox (Of course) & online. You can redeem it on so many different ways. You simply need to redeem it to a Microsoft account and you are in business.

If you don’t mind micro transactions or buying digital games straight from Microsoft Xbox store, and you are reluctant to put your credit card info on there. These are a must either way. I get mine from Best Buy to get mybestbuy rewards points.

My grandson asked for this for his birthday. I don't know much about the xbox games so I went to the Best Buy and was guided on what to purchase. It was the perfect gift and made him very happy. It's not easy to buy for an 18 year old and this was perfect.

I purchased a 50 dollar Xbox live store gift card and it was an exceptional purchase. First thing I noticed was that they don't charge tax on the gift card. Then I was able to use the gift card very easily. Just entered the code on my Xbox and it was available asap.

Cards were a great stocking stuffer, the kids very happy when they revived them.

As far as gift cards go, it's exactly like that. More to the point, Best Buys staff operating under very strange conditions due to covid lockdowns. Credit to them for finding a way to help customers and keep everyone safe.

I like to buy these because my kids are always asking for extras on their games, whether it's a DLC or something else, and these are great because I don't have to put in my credit card info on their XBoxes so they don't "accidentally" charge more than I want them to.
